Please can you help me.? I live in the UK

I have phoned twice to find out about paying for my starter kit, I know that they accept Visa. which I have not got. I have a Solo debit card and wondered would this be accepted.

Lady on the phone line does not seem to understand me at all.

I am getting so frustrated have also e-mailed and not heard a thing.

The number on the UK demo page for help is

is that the one you are ringing? I had a look on the demo application form and it seems that only Visa and Mastercard Debits are accepted - I know that not all places take Solo cards :(

Usually that number is well manned so keep trying!

When you do get thru, ask for Chris - he is wonderful.

They might also take a DD payment. Ask Chris, he is truly wonderful.

In the US we can get a Visa Gift Card from the bank. Pay cash and a small fee & you have a visa card. Do you have anything like that available in the UK? Good Luck. I love being a SU demo!!

Can't say I have heard of that over here Diane to be honest. The other option is if you can pay on someone else's card and give them the cash.
