My inspiration came a little delayed. I could not find the paper, image etc I liked to do this sketch until this morning at 4am during the worst storm of the year so far. Here it is. How'd I do?
What a fun sketch! I hope this is OK...I didn't exactly use a diamond in the middle...but I think that otherwise it followed the sketch pretty closely. Thanks for looking.
Ok guys here is my challenge it is my first one, so please tell me what you guys think, I need all the feedback I can get. I love my work but want to make sure that I am not bias!...he he he
I used Close to Cocoa, More Mustard, Old Olive, and Very Vanilla Cardstock
Chocolate Chip, More Mustard, Always Arichoke, and Rose Red Ink
Baroque Motifs Stamp set.
A few brads, and Always Artichoke Ribbon!
I am new to this so I hope I did it right!
Thanks for looking!
It's done! I almost combined it with the WT for today, but that would have involved completely trashing the idea I worked on in my head ALL day yesterday.
Here's mine! I combined it with WT128 (to do a Halloween card). In order to use the whole central image, I made the card a 5 1/2" square card. I thought my little blue witch needed to show all of herself for the card.
Hey Roxie and everyone! Having to re-upload my card from yesterday as it disappeared from my gallery (sorry for the inconvenience). Roxie this was a fantastic challenge. Thank you for the inspiration. I dusted off some old sets and used them to make this card: SC138, Fantastic Foliage, Close to Nature by mspfd at Splitcoaststampers
I just realized that this card ended up as a double challenge. Didn't even plan it that way. Must have still been in my head from yesterday. So I'm posting it here too. TFL!
I liked his sketch and thought it would be perfect for the background I made yesterday, by chance.
The background is a Hot Card, using cardstock, plastic cling wrap, tissue paper and a hot iron. I enjoy making this background and thought it would be perfect for this sketch challenge.
