Here's one I did last night with my new Colorbox Chlak inks! I think I LOVE them! Thanks to Jeanne S for the inspiration!! Her tulips for this challenge were gorgeous!!
Here it is (pending 6:37 am est):
It's been a busy week, but I finally had some time to play. I like the results, but I had a hard time getting things on straight. Here's my tall music card.
I've been gone for a couple of days...but I STILL want to play with this Rox!! Thanks for hosting!! I will be back soon! Got lots of catching up to do!!!

Rox thanks for posting the challenge this week! This was fun & even though I had an idea which set I wanted to use, it was still a challenge getting it to all come together. I like the "tall card" look, so I think I will try some more of these if I get time.
Okay the guest hostess finally got a couple cards done.
I didn't care much for this birthday card because it's bright and just not me and when I thought it needed something else I showed it to my husband and he said "bright and gaudy". I said "it's for your sister". He said "she'll love it!" You just have to know her!
He suggest it needed something more and I held the celebrate over the card and he said that would do it. I showed him the finished product and he said "that worked and now you better go get all the cards you made while I was away for six days so I can tell you what they need!". I laughed at him!
I'm bummed.... I got a card done in 10 minutes...literally!!! I had the idea, came home and viola... it was done, but I can't upload cause my scanner isn't working and now my camera software isn't either!!!! I guess I'll do it tomorrow from work.... I really wanted to get it up here.... this is such a great sketch... I've never done one of these before.... til tomorrow.

these tall cards are great and I will be doing more of these. Thanks so much everyone for the inspiration
This is my sketch challenge and first challenge ever! I had a blast and look forward to doing more! It will probably still be pending, but here it goes! Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Here is my first Tall Card. For some reason I was never given the screen to put in all the details of the card. So anyway, I was inspired by my 7 yr old son who is very big into Basketball at least right now. Here is my link (image pending at 10:22pm)...Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

You could always go back & edit (even before it's approved) & add in that information.
Ok Rox, I did two of these. The first one I combined with the color challenge and I'm not sure I like it. So I made another tall card for my parents anniversary this weekend. It's a perfect size for certicates or money! Thanks for hosting Rox!!
Here is mine. I took the liberty of changing the layout a little since it said we could. (Actually I stopped reading after tall card and didn't see the sketch until after I finished ) Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Here's mine! This is my first sketch challenge, it was so fun! I found making a tall card more difficult than the standard cards, but I love the finished product. I'll be making more of these, for sure!
