Challenge Title: APRIL SHOWERS
Hostess: TAMMIE (AKA Tammie E)
Keyword: CAS371
Date: Week of 04/04/2016
I don't know about where you come from, but here on the Oregon Coast we know it's spring when the rain gets warmer...and it's getting warmer, baby! ;)
You know the old saying...April showers bring May Flowers? Well, today it's all about those April Showers! The challenge is to use a watery image/element on your project. Here's a little something to help get you in the mood.
1. There is no deadline to play along with the CAS challenges.
2. Take all the time you need to finish and upload your card.
3. Upload your card to your gallery and link back to this thread so we all can see your project.
4. Please remember to put in the correct keyword CAS371 when uploading your image. Copying and pasting the challenge keyword is recommended to avoid typos.
5. Please feel free to combine the CAS challenges with any other challenge.
It is also highly recommended that you post a link to your creation in this chat thread to be sure your project is seen.
The challenges are to provide inspiration and to get us stamping, so have fun and follow your heART. We can't wait to see what you create!
What a great idea to kick off rainy April. Of course, I'm in California and we can only hope for a little bit of rain here. Back later with my creation
Here is my card for the CAS challenge today; April Showers. I added some whimsical raindrops to go with the whimsy of my flowers.
We have snow....yes, snow here this am....we had to shovel! I am so looking forward to seeing flowers.
Went with "lots of dots" for my frog scene- adding some dry embossing, "lily pads" and "raindrops" in my right vertical border. Dedicated to my DS who will be visiting in less than 3 weeks from Nashville! Here's Jumpin' for Joy
