Okay, ya'll this is my card for the color challenge. I flew through it the morning of the challenge because I had appointments that day, THEN, I spent longer trying to get my scanner to scan it so the flower would show up! It never would so I drove to my mom's and SHE scanned it! FINALLY, here's my card: Let me tell why this is late! by #1volunteer at Splitcoaststampers

CC175, SC185 ALMOST PAISLEY
I have combined the two challenges because I am trying to catch up on this week. I haven't had a chance to do any since last Sunday. Anyway, here is my version of the color challenge and the sketch challenge for the week:
I embossed the paisley medallion and it shows up so shiny you can't really see the design but it is pretty. I also used the Paisley ef and cb on the background. I did not have the colors in the challenge so I subbed with Bazzil cs and tried to match as close as possible. Not sure about the green (or wasabi)!!! Tell me what you think and tfl!

Okay, I tore apart my first one with the yellow medallion (I hated it) and also took out the ribbon (I hated that too)! I stamped a different image, colored it using watercolor pencils and a blender pen. I'm not sure I like it any better...my creative juices just aren't flowing tonight! Anyway, here it is:
