I've joined the navy! Night of Navy, that is. I held my breath before the colors were announced thinking 'please don't use in colors yet' since my order hasn't arrived. My monochromatic sample is HERE.

oh goody! I love monochomatic cards! They are so easy. But I am upset that next week are the 'in color' already. Please have substitute color suggestions. I wasn't planning on placing my order till the end of september. I already had too much on my credit card from ordering all the retired stuff, and really wanted to get that paid off before I ordered again.

I think Emily always makes an effort to give alternate choices. But if for some reason she can't or is too busy, just use the closest color to it - so if she says Kiwi Kiss, go with Old Olive. Or for Pink Pirouette you could use Blush Blossom or Pretty in Pink.
The colors in the catty are a great representation of what the colors look like irl, so that should help find a substitute. Also, I'd be happy to get with Emily and ask her if she'd like someone to post a "suggested alternates list" for the In Colors.

OH YEAH!! I can do this!!
However, I will get it done this afternoon and share then!!
My morning is full (yes i know stamping is suppose to come first...lol)
Okay, this may be pretty much cheating, but I had this little card lying around in my gallery for a bit, and this was the perfect time to use it for something.
Well, here goes -- I'm not liking the brads at all and will likely do this again and change it up a bit, but for now, I'm putting it up. Thank you for looking. I hope you enjoy this and have a great day!

Currently designing for some great companies!!!
I have not done a color challenge card in so long!! It felt good to get back into them with this challenge. I decided to do something way out of my usual style and am thrilled with it! It is a bit simple, but I was pleased with the end results...
