3rd and final one for this challenge

I had a dog gone meeting with docs and hospital administrators tonight and all I could think of was that they were messing up my doing my color challenge. I hate it when that happens. Here is a quick one.
Here is my submission. It's funny, just yesterday I was thinking that Elegant
Eggplant was the one new color that I have not really used and I was considering color combination to try it with and thought of Old Olive because I used to use it with Eggplant Envy all the time. So thanks for the opportunity. I also combined it with the Technique Challenge this week. Not sure about the results, so I'm open to suggestions.
Here is my first try at this color challenge...finally got a few minutes to try it out. For some reason, this color challenge reminds me of Emilymomtothreeboys. Happy thoughts your way, gf!

I love your color challenge. Monday night I had watercolored four Oak trees. I just love the Lovely As A Tree set. Your color challenge was just what I needed to put my cards together.
What can I say, other than I LOVE THESE COLORS!!!!!!!!! I was so happy to see my comfort zone colors as today's challenge, although I am not crazy about the new eggplant (plus I have a whole package of the Envy to use!). Couldn't find even a scrap of Old Olive, and my ink is almost dried out, too. What a disaster! So I sponged the edges of Celery. Had fun, anyway.

Had card block, took me out of my comfort zone.
Would never have put these two colors together withou this challenge.
Really like how it turn out.

Quick and easy card. I'll be demonstrating it next week for the special. Background piece came from cleaning my brayer from the last card I made for this challenge.
Thanks for hosting. I love this color combo. I like the way olive and purple go to gether any way -- Very rich and regal looking. I added a little Rose Red CS to the combo to tie in with the colors in the image. See what you think.
