CC79: no new colors!
So this challenge was inspired by the Basic Grey papers I have been working with lately. I have done several with the new Romany line and wanted to use those for the cc this week. Also I wanted one with no In Color shades for those that don't have them. I was inspired by Karen (gamblemom) to outline the flowers on this paper with 2-way glue and DDglitter.
CC79:
real red
almost amethyst
bashful blue
My sample:

Please put
CC79 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card! If you need help uploading click here !
As always, I am open to suggestions for future color challenges! Please pm me if you have one. Including a sample is always appreciated! I will probably not respond, as I get several, but I save them for future reference!

Wow! Your card is incredibly gorgeous, but I think this one maybe above my abilities. Maybe an idea will pop into my brain while I sleep.

Wow! This is a first for me. I actually made a card and uploaded it on a Monday night. I usually barely get it done by Tuesday night. LOL! I guess there's a first for everything. I didn't have the almost amethyst paper so I had to substitute the lavender lace paper instead. I really like the bucket of apples. It's simple but really cute. I just got Give Thanks and it is now one of my favorite sets. TFL!

What is wrong with me?! Don't answer that! I do this every time I reply to a challenge. I forgot to post the link again. Someday I'm going to get it together. Here it is:

Without the PP to coordinate, these colors are quite ugly together, LOL!! I did my best, pulled out my Polka Dot Posies for the first time, funky colors require funky stamps I figure.
Thanks Emily for the challenge!!

Great color combo! I would not have put these together, but love the results. I had fun using these inks to watercolor my main design.

Here's mine. It's really simple, but I'm on my way out the door to take the kids hiking on this beautiful, sunny Colorado fall day.
Thanks for the great color combo, Emily. I love it.
Simple Thanks

THANK YOU so much for giving us a week w/ no new colors!! As much as I love love them, I don't have them!!
Well, I think I will have to take a second mortgage out on the house in order to afford postage on this overloaded heavy card!! HA HA !! In my best Jim Cary Mask voice: "SOMEBODY STOP ME!!"

OK, kids, shut off that TV and lets go to story time at the library!!
