Wow, what a great color combo. Not sure I would of thought of it on my own. That is what I love about this site. Thanks for expanding my horizons. I will try it tonight and upload one tomorrow. I just joined the RAK group, I'm looking forward to desining some cards with this color combo to send out. Thanks again. ;)
Great colors Lindsey! Thanks for hosting this week.
I was going for the look of Best Blossoms (which I don't have), but I'm not sue I achieved it. I wish I had a larger Thank You stamp. Anywho...here's my card (pending as of 12:20 CT): Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
MMMMM Loved all the cards so far ladies!!! Great Combo Lindsey, Sage and Amethyst are on my "never use" list because I STINK at them! LOL So this will really challenge me! LOL

Thanks for the great challenge, Lindsey. I am so anti-Sage it's ridiculous, so it was nice to see I could do something with it. I wish I could come up with a more original layout once in a while, but I guess it's just easy to stick with what works.
WowWhee!!!!!!!!! What a cool color challenge. I can't wait to try. Happy Valentine's Day Lindsey. You are going to have fun with everyone's challenges. Nancy
Oooohhh - LOVE this color combo. For once I actually remembered today is Tuesday before tomorrow ;)! Hopefully I'll get a chance to do something today! I want to play!!
Anyway, here's my take on this challenge. And it was indeed a challenge! I like these colours together, but I had to play around with it quite a bit. Never would have thought to put these three together, but it's really a nice combination. And it gives me a chance to use that neglected sage shadow.

I almost forgot you were hosting the color challenge!! So exciting! I will do this when I get home tonight... if I'm not too "busy" with DH (he told me not to plan on making cards tonight... he has other plans. We'll see!

Thank you Melody, I think I finally got it. I really appreciate you explaining this, I never would have figured it out on my own.

This is my first challenge. I check them everyday, but never do them. I had a hard time with these colors. I look at all the cards and they are great. I think I am going to try again tonight when the kids go to bed.
I've been reading about faux layers so I decided to use today's color challenge to give it a try.
Unfortunately, I had to delete my card and reload because I left off the chocolate chip layer!! What a doof!!!
Wow! This color challenge really challenged me (and I mean that in a good way!). Thanks, Lindsey, for taking me outside my comfort zone (and for picking colors that I actually have in paper!).
I combined with the Technique challenge for this week.
Wow......Lindsey.......you challenged me my friend. But heh......isn't that what friends are for?!? I did combine my CC49 card with Beth's TLC51 challenge. Thanks again Lindsey for a really cool color combo. Makes a great spring effect. Pending as of 2:50 p.m. PST. Enjoy, Nancy
