I have had such a busy week that I have not really had time to browse what y'all have been creating for this week's challenges! I plan on doing that tonight... but a few just jumped out at me so far:

Oh wow..I only had one day to create last week due to being away so I really feel honored to be included in Robin's (Stamperrobin) list..thank you so much! And thanks again to Stacy and all the notifiers..you guys have done a tremendous job this week with all the DTGD cards in addition to just the regular gallery. :p

It's been a whirl-wind week! I am so thankful to Peggy (jasonw1), Nancy (stiz2003), Angie (Ohmypaper), Janine (Jay_bee) and Rita (Scootsv) for taking the time to include my cards in your list of favourites this week. I'm afraid I have only two DTGD cards in my favorites. Not that I didn't like more. It's because the ones I put into my favorites are ones I definitely want to CASE at some point.

It was a warm one today so the hubby and I drove up the hill (only 12 miles but the elevation is considerably higher) to have a picnic where it was just wonderful, with pine, oak and cypress all around us! We sat and contemplated the why of things after lunch and then drove home with the top down on my husbands Miata, like a couple of kids, with the music blaring!
How great to come home to more wonderfulness of being in the Favorites thread...AND I get to thank a few more of my fellow crafters.

SO sorry, I came home from attending the most wonderful wedding today of a dear friend, Jen, her family are like a second family to me--so it was a huge thrill to be there. I'm so grateful to friends who offered me a ride, or physically it wouldn't have been possible to make the 4-hour round trip journey...
I was tired and anxious to make sure I listed my favorites, and didn't realize that I have a card in the favorites myself! I'm SO excited!!!
Thanks to jasonw1 for listing my card--Blast From The Past! Sally's Birthday Card 2011. You have absolutely THRILLED me, and made my day!!! I feel so very honored to be in the company of such artist I respect so much, what a blessing!!!

Thanks, Rita, for including one of my cards in your list of favorites for the week! This is my first time, and I'm thrilled and honored.
I've been making cards for a couple of years, but recently, it has become more important: I had to have surgery for a brain tumor in February, so I've been using my card making as a kind of "occupational therapy" to help with focus and concentration. It's working! :-)
What a week we all had, and what a wonderful way to start a new week thanks to my sweet friend Robin for listing ALL my cards. You naugty (wonderful) girl!!! A huge thank you also to Sue (Irishgreensue) all the very best for Wednesday with the next eye Op. Francie and Priscilla thank you both for including my TPT card on both your amazing lists. My favourite thing about that card was the stories you both shared LOL. Good thing we didn't know each other back then.....trouble....

I've already said thank you to Linda - my thanks and appreciation also to Joanne (country quilt and goose feather fun), Robin (blocked flowers, Hola, vivid embossing, sleepytime quilt - wow, thanks so much Robin!!!), Joyce (bird and sparkle), Sue (country quilt), Francie (blocked flowers), mrsscrapper (merry band), Brenda (ringing the changes - that was a fun one to make!), Sue (basket case and country quilt again, LOL. Basket case was fun - it's great when somebody has sent you the perfect paper or accessory for a card), Susie (deer in a misty wood, vintage, snowy snowy night) and Angie (sticker shock). I'm sorry I was so busy stamping that I didn't have time to leave more comments.
And now life is back to its usual busy merry-go-round. So glad I only had to work one day last week!
