Ok, Somewhere I found the direction on how to post the gallery site into the forum. Now let's see if my technically challenged brain can get this right!! (next go//www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=220912&cat=500&ppuser=68885al...learn how to take decent photos of the cards!!)
ok, got some other directions from someone else (thanks laceyquilter!). I'm going to try this once again, and if it doesn't work I'll relieve some tension and scream REALLY loud and wait until my demo can hold my hand and walk me through it!!
My first photo was deleted by the moderators as I included a picture from the catalog due to copyright regulations. I took another picture and uploaded the new one. I changed the link on my first post, and included it here:
Here's mine! Everyone has done such a great job on these...I don't think SU would be very happy about it, but I don't think they have to worry. My faux stamping may look similar to the real thing, but in my opinion, I still NEED the set!
Here's my submission for this challenge. I've been thinking about what set to use ever since this challenge was posted. Since I've been drooling over the Gently Falling sets in BST and on (gasp) ebay, I decided to recreate it for LSC50. The nice thing about recreating a set is that you can make it any size. I made this larger and it fills up the card better. You can bet I'll be making more of these! (I still want the original set though!)

I remember seeing the card by deeth1 and thinking that was such a great "fake", so I took her idea using the leaf stamp from Paint Prints to form the rose. I did cut mine up and made the Paper Tole Flowers from the resources directions. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I used to want Perfect Party, but decided I had duplicates of most things in the set except the ice cream cone. I made one freehand, so now I don't need that either. Perfect Party
With a small homemade diamond stamp, I recreated the look of the Print Pattern background stamp at a fraction of the cost (actually for absolutely free)!!!!!
