This challenge was suggested by deeth1. Thanks Deloris!
Many of us have mini stamp sets. And even more of us have stamp sets that include images that are very small. How do you use images 1" by 1 1/2" or smaller on a card? There are a variety of ways. You may choose one of the following ideas or create your own. Use any colors and embellishments you would like. Be creative and have fun!
Answering questions: You may use background stamps! If you choose to use the mimi stamp in the BG, challenge yourself to use a main image that is another stamp in the set or use a sentiment as the main image.
Please put LSC52 in the keyword box when you upload!
If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us STAMPIN' !!

Thanks for posting early, Jen. You have some super samples there. This is a great challenge. I have lots of those stamps that never get used, because they're so small.
I am going to have to try this challenge.....haven't done this one before, but I too have lots of stamps...the small ones....that rarely get used.....will post when my creativity produces something....thanks for the challenge...
actually, one I did for the sketch challenge this week uses one of my favorite small stamps....the origami crane from gifts of the orient.....you can find it here....
Thanks for the continued weekly support stampers I think I finally have all the links working... I'm having too much fun with my new skill of short and fancy links... but they're only good if they work!
OH SUPER AWESOME challenge this week, Jen! We all have sets with those cute but tiny stamps...what to do with them? A Little Love is so cute, but I rarely use it! Thanks so much for picking my card...what an honor and a thrill! {{{HUGS}}}
awe...this will be a challenge for me as I've never worked with a mini stamp as any type of main image. I'm glad I have tonight to 'dream' about what I might be able to do. I just love these challenges...they help me focus.
Thanks for all of the samples...they are really great!

I hope to play later, too! For now, here is one from my gallery that uses the little flowers in the Island Blossoms set. Unfortunately, the apricot craft doesn't show up well. Thanks for looking... Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

Thanks for such a great challenge Jen. I'm so excited about this one, the possibilities are endless! There are going to be a lot of great cards uploaded today. Yuk, I can't get started until I return from a doctor's appointment. Oh well, hope the time passes quickly.
I realized I have one in my gallery too! I did this one after Christmas as a thank you for the gifts I received from friends.

Here is a gallery image of mine from the stamp off/generations VSN: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers The squares are 1-1/4 inch so the stamps must not be larger than 1 inch.
I have a meeting etc today so I probably won't have a lot of time so I thought I would go ahead and post.
It is a fun challenge-Thanks Jen! I will try to do one or two next week!
This is a great challenge! Unfortunately my stamp stuff is all packed away as I'm moving to Alabama soon. I hope it's OK to share a few from my gallery so I can join in the fun in a way. I'll be participating in this challenge as soon as I take out my stamp stuff in our new place in a couple weeks!
I also have a few ADORABLE ADORABLE cards made by a dear friend using A LITTLE LOVE, I would love to share these cards with you but these cards are packed up as well. I'll try to come back here in a couple weeks when I get my hands on the stamp stuff!
Here are several cards I have had done for quite some time ... just never uploaded to my gallery. (Please keep in mind that I did several of these when I was a fairly new stamper!) These fit today's challenge quite nicely!
I can't wait to try this, unfortunately I may have to wait a day or two but here's one I did last week. It's pretty basic but it fits the challenge. Yeah Baby Card
Thanks for looking. And thanks for the challenges, they are so much fun.

Julia, I am so sorry to hear you have sick little ones. You must be worn out (yesterday & today)! Hope you get some time to stamp.
Having a downer day. Don't know why. Here's my attempt. Missing that spark. Maybe I'll try again later. Thanks for the great challenge, Jen. I do like trying to find a use for all my little stamps.
Wow!! What a great challenge. I was surprised though at all the ones I had in my gallery all ready. This was one of the first sets I got and a real challenge to use how to use effectively. I bet this will challenge will help a lot of new stampers out. I will try to make something new to add to the challenge.

Ooopsy  As a new stamper, I had tons of mini stamps just to get the words that came with them. And then I had lots of images very quickly, except I didn't know what to do with them! When it was suggested I thought, 'What a great newbie challenge and a veteran challenge'. Now that you mention it, it does fit your challenge perfectly. A big sorry heading your way
Last December, I foiled someone's January VSN challenge. Yikes. Too bad we don't have a special thread to communicate with other challenge hostesses and the the VSN coordinators to prevent this.

Here is my first attempt at today's challenge. I had fun putting this card together. My first time using the prima flowers...I need some larger ones, but this worked for this card.
I think it might still be pending, but here it is:

I have 2 sick boys today too :( One is my DH... he's the most difficult
Thanks for the questions. I appreciate them. I've answered a couple in the main post. But please don't worry about "cheating". This is for you to get creative and find new ways to use your stamps. Do what works for you. We will learn and get inspired from each other
