This was a really fun challenge Jen. Really got me looking through my stuff. Funny how much stuff I have that I don't remember. Anyway, here is my card.
I can't believe how much stuff I have that I don't use. I really don't have the space to collect like I do...this was a great way to get my behind in gear!

another one, also using a CTMH set TFL
you forced me to use another set that i've never used before, i don't know why i hadn't because it was the set i most wanted when i signed up to be a demo.. anyway.. thanx jen!
Ok Jen, here is my challenge submission! You're going to crack up at my inspiration, but hey, you just never know where it's going to come from! Thanks for the great challenge! I'm going to work on another tomorrow.

Well Jen - it looks like you are off the hook. I cannot for the life of me get a straight line with the sewing machine. AHHHH - how frustrating this venture has been. I can guarantee you that this little sewing machine is going right back in the box where it has been for a couple of years.......collecting dust looks real good on it!!!
Jen, you must have read my mind! As I was looking thru the catalog planning my sale-a-bration order, I kept thinking of all those stamps I already own (and just HAD to HAVE) that have never been inked. I got one card made & will definately be doing more for this challenge! Thanks!
Here is my card for the challenge. Not my fav colors, but it will do, considering this was also for the inspiration challenge. Another reason why it is called a CHALLENGE, I guess. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Well, Jen, you got me diggin' today! I used some paper I bought way back in May or June to complete this challenge! I also made use of a more recent purchase, my Cuttlebug sliders purchased in December with my Christmas money. I'm sick today, but making this card made me feel a lot better!
This is my very first SCS challenge ever so please be kind. I used 2 new things that I bought last year. The first was "Lovely as a Tree" and I also had bought some cream fiber ribbon stuff. It was 1 giant piece and I was going to use a piece of it so I cut some off. Well...it totally "Kapuffed" all over the place so I ended up tying it together with some navy blue ribbon and using it that way. So the card in my head is not the card that I got! Anyway it's still awaiting approval currently so pretty soon it'll be up.
Well I'm back!!! No sewing card but I didn't give up there. No sir-eee. I was trying today's inspiration challenge and thought of this SEI paper. I've only had it about 9 months........not too bad. But then I thought of the images from Totally Cool. I borrowed a friends set, oh about 2 years ago or so, and I had never done anything with them........that is until today. So there you go, the long story to explain this card and why it meets this weeks challenge.
Here's my card. I chose this set for my starter kit and never got around to mounting it until today. Thanks for this challenge! It's also my first one to participate in. I must admit...kind of addicting!
I know these were supposed to be cards, but my items purchased in 2006 and not used were 12x12 papers for my scrapbooking.
Here's Christmas 2006

Ok, first, no laughing unless you have done the same thing! ;)
I bought the wheel when it became available to demos and never used it. I had to look up the name of it!!! How pathetic is that? Please say I'm not the only one....?
I also bought the mesh last year and the ink cartridge and just now opened them for this challenge. Bwaaaabwaa! Oh, right, NO laughing!! It's also my first time using Very Punny....sigh!
I am embarassed  to say that I used 3 sets, 1 BG, and 1 color CS/ink that I bought in 2006 and had never used! Obviously, I need to do more challenges!! Thanks, Jen and Emily, for making me use these 'had to have' stamp sets and ink !!!!
The embossing powder has been sitting around forever. Now that I know how shiny and pretty it is I will be using it more often, thanks for looking! Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I finally finished Fridays challenge last night. The colors are not as bright in RL. I have several stamps sets I haven't used so I should keep going and try them all out. But, I'll save that for another day.
Thanks for the nudge, Jen -- here's a card using a set I hadn't inked since I got it last summer -- It went perfectly with this week's color challenge!
Here's my *super-challenge-combined* card! I've been hanging on to these few scraps of patterned-paper for YEARS! How fortunate that this fit the CC96 challenge as well! Now what am i going to do if i need this pp again???
This challenge has continued to inspire me! I made two cards today with stamps I'd never inked (one even had to get mounted first) and an ink pad I hadn't opened.
This is a terrific challenge for me!! I have tons of stuff that I hoard. lol
I have had this set for 3 years now and this is the first time I have used it!! I can't imagine why since I am having a great time with it. I bought the stickles awhile ago also and never used them either. I always reach for Dazzling diamonds instead.
Here it is
Here's mine. I've never done a LSC before, but I was determined to use a Target gift card from Christmas on frivolous stuff for me. What did I come up with? Making Memories patterned paper, and this card evolved. I haven't ever used flower brads or this pink $1 store ribbon either.
