1st day of shcool page

Anyone have any ideas for a 1st day of school page. I've looked through the book for a stamp set that might work, but didn't have much luck. My daughter's backpack was gable/green galore in a print pattern, and she's wearing a pixie pink shirt that has flowers. I really wanted something more school like. Ooh, there was a set last year in a mini that had books and stuff. I didn't get it though. Any help would be appreciated.

If you had an apple stamp you could use a green apple instead to match the green backpack (grannysmith apple, LOL) -- and then pencils with pink erasers would be easy to paper piece as would books -- could add in a third color, maybe a yellow for the pencils, to the green and pink --

I would go for matching the outfits than the typical red school stuff though, it sounds like at least you can work with those colors, they go well together!!!

I didn't think about apples. I have the fresh fruits set. I may try to play with that. Thanks for the suggestion.
