Default ?? About tag corner punch

I just noticed the new tag corner punch. Do you think this would enable you to layer tags? Say you punched this on a 1 x 3 rectangle...if you used it on a 1 1/2 x 3 1/2 rectangle, would you be able to layer them? I can't wrap my brain around this to figure out if it would be proportional.

TIA

Ashley

Good question, I'm interested in learning the answer to this as well.

I just did it with two post its and some scissors. (I cut the rectangle slightly smaller as if I were going to mat one on the other. Then, I cut both pieces at the same time so the amount and angle would be the same.) It worked.

Will it let you layer with the tag puch tag? It looks to me like the angle is the same...but can't tell...
