agony to wait for SU catty in August!

Are any of you getting tired of your current SU! stuff and cannot believe we have to wait till August. (I heard they pushed the catty back from July).

I have been buying stamps (like I really need them....how many cards have I made with Bronc Buster or Embrace Life) from other companies to keep the 'addiction monster' within at peace.

Was going to buy an owl set, but then caught a sneak peek on someone's blog with SU!s owl set and now I will hold off. It looked really cute. I am wondering how many duplicate sets I may see if I purchase a set now and then find one I like better in the SU! catty. Hero Arts has an adorable clear cupcake stamp set and I WANT IT now! Just my luck...SU! may come out with something I like better!

My problem: no patience...plus, I just like to shop for stamps!

Well, I just placed another order out of the SU catty, so I'm not impatient yet! Still have some things I want, but I don't think I'll order any more unless there's a must have on the retirement list.

Stampin' Up! demonstrators will receive the Fall/Winter catalog at the Convention which is July 30th-August 2nd. So this is correct information.

To the OP: At least we are not having to wait a full year like we used to ;)

Yes, this is true. How easy it is to forget. We always waited a full year. Now we are used to waiting 6 months. At least they have the minis coming out in between!

Yes, I am looking forward to the new catty in August. I have heard that it is going to be great! I really enjoyed the last one, too. It was probably my favorite so far.

I love some of the sneak peek sets--found this link on the announcements page and keep going back to it to drool! Fresh Cut Nots, Upsy Daisy and Inspired By Nature are all right up my alley!

Denise, I hear ya on the Hero Arts cupcake set. I've "almost" ordered it three times now and held back. I did get a couple of the HA owls, though, (wood-mounted) 'cause they were just too stinkin' cute. And really, can you have too many owl stamps? After all, how many flower stamps do you have?;)
