Default Are all Embossing powders created equal?

Should I wait till next month to get EP from SU or go to Michaels?

personally I would wait. Before I became a demo, I bought a bunch from M*'s, and they just didn't melt as smoothly and completely as SU powders....

and no, I am NOT an SU snob, I am usually the FIRST person to tell my customers where they can find it better/cheaper.... so rest assured that I'm not just trying to push SU.... (besides, I wouldn't benefit in the least from you buying it from SU unless you bought it from me, anyway.)

that's good! Sometimes it's hard to promote SU without coming across as a total SU cheerleader, ya know? Anyway, if you don't need it right away, I would definitely wait...

I had purchased embossing powder from lots of places over the years. Then I got a bottle from SU and fell in love. It melts so much nicer and quicker. I threw all mine away and slowly replaced them. I really like the fine detail one for smaller images, but I do own both.

I used to work for Michael's and now am a demo. When I worked at Michaels, when asked directly-What is the BEST embossing powder, my first answer was always SU!!! I can assure you, Michaels was not upset with the answer, as they want their employees to be honest. However, most customers wanted the powder NOW, so they ended up buying at Michaels...

Yeah, definitely not the same as SU! I've used other brands and they're just not the same!
