Default So Far its $194 in just rubber

I really should have a garage sale and use the money to buy it all at once and take advantage of the freebies as a "faux" hostess. Of couse I would have to have it shipped somewhere so hubby wouldnt have a heart attack!

I added up 1404.75 CAN with just stamps. With ink/paper added $1660 being selective and with accessories $2195.80. I have a monthly budget of $50 so that is $600 for the year. I really need to narrow down.

Last year I didn't add it up but I thought I would and try to illiminate until it was $300. That way if there was something on my original list but not on my REALLY WANT list, I could have money to get it.

Add it up? I can't even stop adding things long enough to get my calculator out! At the moment there are 39 items on my wish list... and that is with as much will power as I can manage. ( My DH says he thinks his name should be Will ?! LOL)

HM... I only found $135 in the new catalog. Mainly stamps, cardstock and paper. I have all the ink and accessories I need and don't plan to buy the new colors as it looks like they will only be out for one year. Can't figure out what I would do with them after the year is over and next years catalog comes out.....

Just wondering, for all of you who are planning to buy over $500. Are you using the products for scrapbooking or are you a SU demo buying them for your business? Seems like a hugh amount of money to spend just to make cards....

Demo... purchasing for business... but my personal cards ARE my business! But I do really feel like I need to buy something if I want to demo/sell it.... but I spend more money on paper, ribbon, envelopes, new accessories than stamps.

My total for my first order is about $250. I am having a hard time deciding which new sets I want, so I picked the ones I knew I wanted (which was about 4), I am going to get all the new colors in the paper and ink, a few packs of the new pattern paper, new colored eyelets, and then just restock some other stuff. Over time I can acquire new sets. Something that may not appeal to me at a moment, suddenly becomes a must-have. Not sure why my mind does that!!!

MIne is well over $1000 (wish list of everything)--and I am a HOBBY demo. But, if truth be known, I am also a rubber collector! I would never be able to use everything I want, but I still wnat(need) it! I also have a little OCD going on. . . .

I guess I'm just a loser...My list is only about 150.00 Canadian. What's that? About 100.00 in American prices? The sad part is... there's only really two stamp sets and one BG that I know I'd use a lot. The rest is three of the new inks and their matching papers and three other papers.

What? I don't think you're a loser! So, not alot in this catalog appeals to your personal taste! That's OK! Surely there's a lotta rubbah, whatever brand it may be, out there that you'd be delighted to add to your collection--go out and get you some, girl! And, stamp your heart out with it! ;)

I'm up to $309.70. I don't think it will get much higher than $500. I'm not overly impressed with the new catalog.

My order that just went in was CDN $218.00 - but I am saving myself for the TAC catalogue that is in the mail, the Cornish Heritage farms background stamps and all of the new A Muse stamps that I will need after Julie demos them at classes I am taking in August...

Not to mention my LSS is having a 15% off sale EVERYTHING tomorrow... I have a list!

Mine is $527.27 (inc. S&H).
DH says go on and buy it all now, if I want to! As tempting as it is, I don't know what I would do for the rest of the year then, except anxiously await the Mini Catalogs. I know a demo who would be a happy lady if I did, though!
I think I will just place a $150 order to get started with some of the new stuff and to get started on my collection of Hostess Sets. Those are great this year!
The remainder of the list will be strategically left laying around, or just quite forwardly emailed to DH's work, so when he needs to buy me gifts he knows exactly what to get. Lucky my demo lives just down the street!!!

Wow, Lucky you! I think if I were you, I'd buy the demo kit, and then you'd get 30% off of everything else if it was your first order. I could be wrong though, I'm not a demo yet.

I won't be buying all that now!!! He can spend that much on golf clubs, but I couldn't bring myself to spend that much at one time on stamps! It would take me six months to get them all mounted anyway, so what is the point? LOL

I feel kind of pathetic, mine is only 505.70 (without tax, shipping and accessories, ink, paper, etc. & what I already ordered).
All I have to say to my husband is "How much was that Myrtle Beach golf trip?" and it is all mine:twisted:!!!
Oh and my sis's 20% off helps!
I need to go and take another look!

I'm with JulieHRR. NEVER add up the list. I would give myself a heart attack if I added my 'lists'. I have also found that by the time I go to my hostess workshop all bets are off and the list goes out the window. Then there is the stuff from the mini that still has to be ordered. Then I start all over again. ARRRGH.....

My list is in the $1200 range before s/h. There's about $900 in stamps and about $300 in paper and accessories. I know I'll wittle that down A LOT, but then after seeing all the samples on here, I'll add a bunch too!

Right now my list is $78. But that is before I see what all the wonderful SCS crafters do with their stamps. I wasn't going to ever buy that Unfrogettable set but...I did thanks to SCS

Haven't even made my list yet. Somehow I just cannot work with the online catty when making my wishlist. Gotta have the real thing, but knowing myself well enough it'll probably be in the range of $1200+ before I start weeding out in it.

Phew, I feel right at home here. I couldn't wait to see the online catty since I haven't got one yet. I started the list and couldn't even imagine adding it up. Of course, I'm just buying to be nice to DH,we have a rule. whatever I spend in stamping he can spend on cycling and vice versa, he's got his eye on a $3500 bike right now. Woohoo!

I'm probably about the $1500 mark, but I'm new still (althought in the last 7 months I've purchased 300 stamps, yes I need help!)

My name is YYZSuz and I'm a stampin addict!

Default My wish list

Yeah, I added mine up. A bit over $2200 and that's just stamps. That doesn't include the colors that I don't have or any accessories.

I don't bother trying to cut my list down because it really is my wish list...last year I didn't get many things off my list because the minis come out and there are sets I have to get in case I can't get them later.

My next problem? Figuring out what I want for the first order

Man, I gotta get a new husband!!!!!
My DH has set up the same rule with me, but if he spends $100 on himself in the course of a year he's been extravagant. He gives new meaning to being a man with few wants! Of course I don't pay too much attention to the "rule", but then I get "the look". :???: By any chance would you like to trade? I didn't think so, oh well.

I was just shy of $1200 when I first wrote it out, but since then I've added at least 5 more sets! ACK

Yeah mine is up there as well. Especially with all the new punches. i did not realize at 1st that some matched teh Hodge Podge ovals-so they were not originally on my "must have immediately" list, but they have moved up! LOL

OH yeah, gotta have those ovals. I started w/the small for now b/c that's probably what I'll use most but I'm gonna run out of those small oval hw pieces quick once it arrives so the large oval is right behind it! ;)

I also think the larger ovals would be cute little hidden journaling pull tabs.

Aw Man I would think we have the same man....except my DH doesn't even come near $100 on himself per year:???: I keep telling him to please get a hobby or something ;)

My wish list for stamps is $1342.80....accessories is $2247.50...total is $3590.30....after my 20% off it's $2874.24....just think of all the free stuff I could get with that....my poor DH just asked me when "he" would be getting a paycheck again...lol...I told him maybe in about 7 months. But then the minis will be coming out so he may never see a paycheck again....lol. Anyway this was fun to do...i think I broke my calculator.
