Hi,
We are moving to San Diego in June....DH is going next month & then I'll move with the kids once school is out, he's Navy & before SC we were in Camp Pendleton, can't wait to get back out there....
Hello from Merced, CA. Hey Carolyn G....I grew up in the Fresno and Clovis areas...what a small world!!!!!!!! My dad and step mom still live in Fresno too (the old Tarpey village area to be exact). The area I last lived in (woodward park) sure has changed.
Livermore - the other wine valley; also home to "The World's Fastest Rodeo". Whooeee, there's a mix for ya, the wine elite and the good ol' boys. And finally, as my bil likes to joke, "Livermore - just north of Kidneyless".
Lived in Pacifica as a teen, then lived on my own in San Bruno, and with my husband in Burlingame. - No, we rented there, had to move out to Livemore in '92 to afford a home. Now so expensive here, I couldn't afford my own home if I had to pay what it would sell for.
(For everyone west of CA - this is San Francisco Bay Area)

Hello from San Diego! We live in Sabre Springs - an unincorporated community just south of Rancho Bernardo! I belong to a Stampers "8" Club and card exchange group. A San Diego Stamp Camp would be lots of fun!
Wow it's great to see how many members there are in California! I'm In Merced, CA - looks like there's another member here in town! Would be fun to have a Central Valley get together! Anyone interested? I have a stamp classroom!! PM me!
Laguna Niguel here! Born in Glendale, raised in La Canada, lived 7 years in Sonoma area, then back down to so cal, and here I am in gridlock.
Another get together? Yeah!
Always interested! But aren't you busy with wedding planning? You know I'll help. But I was kinda hoping someone else would have a burning passion to do it this time. LOL!!!!
I know there are possible locations in both L.A. and Orange Counties (you know who you are girls!)
I'd help organize one down here but I do not have access down here to a large room. I think I could get a room in Costa Mesa area - off Harbor... Hmmm... It'd have to be end of March??? :?
Hi this is my 1st post and I live in Fullerton, CA. I would love to get together.
Hi Anne, we'd love to meet you. Glad we were the ones priviledged to be your first post.

Yes, I am..... but I always want to get together with everyone. I wish Cali was small enough so all 10 pages of us could get together..... Even Central Cal is 4 hours away!

Easter is the end of March. What about either mid-April or mid-May?
Anyone interested in a SoCal gathering - please weigh in on when you could make it.
Just a suggestion, perhaps the So Cal girls organizing a get together could start a new thread. I know Monterey had a thread going for a get together too.
Then us northern Cal. girls wouldn't feel left out.
(and jealous) LOL

The end of March is fine for me. Just let me know when and where. Thanks for making me feel welcome. I have been a reader of all the splitcoaststampers but intend to participate more.

You're right, thank you. Here is the start to a new thread for the SoCal Stamp Mania II! I sure hope you all will attend. I'd love to meet you... or see you again!

That would be great....I would happily drive 2+ hrs to get together with some stampers.....in fact, I would help organize it.....is the Sacto area better than somewhere in Silicon Valley ?

We might need to do two different ones - if there are enough in Sacramento, go for it, I know there was a bunch from Sunnyvale to San Jose to Fremont, for Silicon Valley.
Let's see who chimes in Sunday and then start new threads!!!

That works for me.....I know that there are some up in the foothills, for whom a general Sacto area might be better....please respond, any of you who are interested, and/or feel free to pm me....
