I'm in town for the week...staying in downtown cleveland. I wanted to find out if there are any stores (stamping, scrapbooking, etc) that I should go to before going home.
You definitely have to go to Hollo's Papercraft in Brunswick (just 10 miles south of the airport)! Super cheap cardstock, envelopes, and all kinds of other stuff! Take 71S to rte. 303 (veer right) to rte. 42. Turn left on 42, Hollo's is a yellow brick building on your right past the McDonalds. I'm not familiar with any great stamping stores, but do an internet search and you might find some. Have fun!
HOLLO'S ... HOLLO'S ... HOLLO'S ... you must get there. My sister lives about 20 minutes away from Hollos and I go there every time I visit. Your cardstock collection will be huge after visiting there. Hopefully you are driving to and from Cleveland. Load that trunk up !!! Their paper is $1.00 per pound You get about 30-40 sheets of "normal" cardstock in a pound. The heavier stuff you get less sheets. Enjoy your visit there.
Also, there is a huge Pat Catan's craft store on Rt 42 between Parma Heights and Brunswick. It's huge. Love it, love it, love it!!!
I think there is also an Archivers Scrapbook store in the area, but not sure where it is. Sorry.
To get to Hollo's from Cleveland, you'll want to take I71 S to Rt 303. Head west on 303 until you get to Rt. 42 (about 2 miles or so). Turn left onto 42. It's about a mile down the street on the right. Just past Laurel Square shopping plaza. Lots of paper and envies.
There is a great store for stamps Rubber Age Stamps near the Parma area also.
As you can tell, I'm in the area. PM me if you need any other info.
You should check out Stamplistic in Amherst. It's a one hour drive for me so I've only gone there once so far, but it is a great store. Lots of stamps and supplies.

There are also some stores in Lakewood (a little west of downtown Cleveland). Hollo's is a MUST!!! Can't beat the card stock at $1.00 a pound! If you are a scrapbooker, becareful, as not all the cardstock is Acid Free, they have most of it marked.
DON'T MISS HOLLO'S!!! You will want to take card stock and envelopes home!!! I wish you were going to be closer to Akron, I'd meet you and show you all the little stores in our area!! Hobby Lobby is also good - always a sale going on. Have fun.
This store is South of Snow Rd(Rockside Rd.)
on the right hand side. There is also a coffee place in the plaza.
It has a lot of everything............stamps, paper, inks, you name it, they have it. They even have their own hand-made stamps. Some are two-step sets all on one block of wood! Owner is great and very helpful!
