Anyone else get sucked into Sales, Free Shipping.....
Release parties, Challenges, and Prizes?? I love all of the Member Companies and some other popular stamp companies. I am constantly bouncing from sales to releases and other things. It is all soo much fun!! Sometimes I get overwhelmed followed by an empty bank account. Anyone else feel this way?
All the time..isnt that why we come here is to "SAVE" money?? lol seriously I am always going to the shops that have free shipping..in particular Papertrey and getting enough for the free shipping... I am saving money right? Even though the bank is empty?

I look forward to seeing all of the new sets. I am really excited to get my paws on the new Gina K sets. From what I have seen on her blog I am going to be spending quite a bit. I have been trying to pace myself. If there is only a couple of thinks I like and don't qualify for free shipping, I wait until I do. (Not that it happens alot.) I do try to keep it in check and not go too crazy. Although I love coming home to see a box of goodies on my porch and it is even better if there is one there for two or three days in a row.(Ask me how I know;) )
Yep, I just spent $ at MFT just to get free shipping and a discount on retiring sets! I also will spend $ for the "get a free *something* for spending a certain amount". Yep, marketing, it works.
Yes! I find it best to "take a break" and NOT click on links to sites, but just sit down and USE what I have. I also try to evaluate if I really need a set to fill a gap or if it will be used briefly and then forgotten.
Most of my purchases now are for accessories and consumables!
I just purchased a set from MFT for a girlfriends birthday (my first non su purchase since I've been a demo Now 2 weeks later I find out she's pregnant! love it now I'm off to get the MFT She's having a baby set with free shipping!
I just figure this hobby is cheaper than therapy, and alot cheaper than many of my DH's hobbies!
You know it! Stamping is way cheaper and alot more fun than therapy. I have a hard time resisting the free shipping thing. It will push me over the edge everytime!:mrgreen:
