Places that spell words wrong, especially their store name, kind of make me leery ... jeez ... "scrapy"? It's spelled "scrappy".

So, no, sorry, haven't bought from there!

I second that! I've ordered a couple of times and had no problems at all!

I second that too! After typing in the URL once instead of using a link, I understood why they did that. I typed in "scrappyland" instead and ended up at a website devoted to the cartoon dog Scrappy! I had to laugh as I wondered how many folks have gone to "scrappyland" to find papercraft supplies and wondered what in the world that dog had to do with anything!:p

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago while they were on vacation (clearly stated on the website) and just got an email today that the order shipped. So far, I am happy! The prices were great and free shipping with a $50 order is always a plus! This was my first order.

I know I'm late to your question and you already have some "thumbs up" responses but I wanted to add another thumbs up for Scrapyland.

I ordered some spellbinders borderabilities and a sizzix die that I could only find on ebay for more money than I wanted to spend. That was right after Thanksgiving and I had an immediate order confirmation and a ship notice just a few days later. All received fine. Great transaction and I would certainly not hesitate to order from them again!

I placed my order yesterday for the sizzix A2 envelope die. I couldn't find it anywhere else except on the bay. I got an order confirmation immediately and shortly thereafter, a shipping notice. So far, I am very pleased.

Now, let's see how nice my envelopes look!

I ordered my cricut there for dirt cheap. Super fast shipping- I ordered it at like 10:00 am, and by 2:00, I had the notification that it was sent out already. I had the cricut in like 3 days. Works great and I've never had a problem. Thumbs up here, too.

I placed an order about 7 days ago and paid right away...I have not heard a peep out of them yet....weird huh with all the favorable feedback here. Maybe they are just trying to catch up from vacation...I will try to be patient.
Blessings.

Amber- maybe you should talk to someone in the Customer Service. It does seem weird because everyone else immediately got some kind of order confirmation. Maybe something slipped through the cracks? And who knows, maybe you'll get something free out of the deal.
