I just received a package from Rubber Stamper Magazine that has a black binder in it that does not have "rings" in it. Apparently my SIL sent me a subscription for my birthday(yea) and this binder goes with it. My question is how do the magazines go in this wierd binder? I didn't get any mags with it so I don't know the format. The binder has these wires in the middle(8 of them) that are fit into a groove(I know, clear as mud)Anybody know what I am talking about? Maybe I can post a picture.
Don't you just slip the mid section of the magazine through one of the wires? I think that is how it works...like the ones at the public library that hold archives of magazines. What do you think? My explanation is probably not very clear either
That's what I thought too except the one's at the library are thick bar-like metal strips and these are very thin, like thinner than a coat hanger. I guess I'll have to wait to see how thin the magazine is to see if tha is how it works.
I also have a subscription with them and their magazine holders are very similar to the demonstrators Stampin' Up! ones for our monthly newsletter/magazines.
Ours has thin wires to hold through the center of the magazine and just keep adding the next months magazine in each time. I fit a years worth of magazines in the holders and so far so good. I thought the wires should have been a bit thicker too, but the thin ones actually work really good. There's not so much bulk in the center of the magazine and holder and it fits well with all my other binders and things on my book shelves.

I just saw that you are from San Antonio too. How cool!
I subscribe to the Rubber stamper for two years now. I love it. They are really good about featuring different techniques.
GREAT magazine! Don't have the holder though. I just wanted to post that if anyone else wants to subscribe, I highly reccommend it! Good, clear pictures with concise instructions that are easy to follow and don't have 500 steps to them! A definite winner of a magazine!

I too subscribe to this magazine!! I love it!! Each month it is something different and great! I am going on two years now also! If anyone is considering it, GO FOR IT! You wont be disappointed!
I subscribe to this magazine as well; but don't have the binder. Should get one as it would keep the mag together nicely! It was thoughtful of your SIL to include a binder. You will love this magazine.
