Glue dots are excellent when you don't want to get out that pesky hot glue gun.

I have used Crystal effects too, it hold like cement.

Glue dots are great, expecially if you don't want to wait for it to dry. Crystal effects are perfect if you REALLY don't want it to go anywhere!

I use Gem-Tac by Beacon. LOVE it! It holds everything. I also use it for glueing clear pebbles to cardstock, then to magnets. Dries clear. Great stuff.

I have used Crystal Effects and Glue Dots, the latest button I did I even sewed the thing on as I didn't want it going anywhere..lol!
