Bed bath beyond

Well I guess we all have heard by now that Bed Bath and Beyond is closing. :( I liked mine quite a lot. Plus that is a LOT of lost jobs :(

However...this MAY mean that it is a great opportunity for us for various things....including stamp storage...when everything is supposed to get marked down I think starting tomorrow? It wont be for long before they lock the door. It may be online too?

Fridge binz or other boxes may be quite affordable now. If people go and see things, we could post them here to flag the group. I would be willing to hear anything people get-does not have to be card related. Like I might try to get bona mop heads or a set of sheets. I am not sure I am ready to face huge crowds in person though. Feeding frenzies are not generally fun...being in a big city, that will happen here. But maybe not elsewhere for you guys.

One by me closed months ago. Its a big empty store now.

Ours closes this week and has been doing "close out" sales for months. We went in there two days after they started and the stuff we usually buy there was gone. A friend knows an employee and they said they shipped the most popular stuff to different stores that were slated to stay open. That was before the bankruptcy.

That's a good idea on storage. Those stores always gave me the hives - so crowded and stinky. But online is a good idea!

In my area the sales are supposed to start today. I went online and no love. I guess we have to earn it and go in person. Sigh. Maybe it will show up later. I'll let you know.
