Put the bottle upside down in a tall cup for about an hour before you use it, so that the bubbles will come out first on scrap paper. Don't shake the bottle--that creates air bubbles. You can also apply CE (can be thinned with a little water) with a small paintbrush. Let us know what works for you. I had to experiment a little.

After using mine I tap hard on the table then squeeze the bottle to take out all the extra from spout. before I put on the lid I make sure I am hearing air go through. I have heard others store theirs up side down.

I store mine upright. I also had problems with clogging so after each use I wash out the cap and put a piece of plastic wrap over the top and then screw the cap back on. Now when I want to use it I know it is sealed good but does not clog the cap. I just remove the plastic and I am good to go. It is a pain to unclog the cap. I do admit mine is not used very often but when I do use it I am ready to go.
I keep mine stored upside down and have not had any problems with clogs or air bubbles!! definitely DO NOT SHAKE!! did that once and had to wait a LONGGGGGGG time for things to settle down - i went and bought another bottle in the meantime. I sure do love this stuff!!
