I am seriously thinking about getting bud basics before the end of the month. If I do, it will be my first purchase out of a mini catalog. I guess I am afraid that demos and others will stop making cards with that set after it is no longer available since they can't demo with it. I get my inspiration from the gallery and so if there will not be many cards made with it after August then I may not get it. What is the history of cards continuing to be made with sets from minis long after the mini is expired?
If someone loves it...they likely won't stop using it just cause they can't demo it. I know my demo makes cards for personal things with her retired sets all the time!!!
OMG I just ordered the set PLUS the 2 wheels. I know this will be a fun set. Just like Claudia said, use any set as examples. I think another similar one is petal prints. Diane
Personally, I think it is too similar to paint prints - however, the one "edge" it has over paint prints is the coordinating "outlines" so if you like it, I'd say get it!

I personally have thought that it is so close to paint prints. I found myself wondering why I bought it. If you have money for just one set, I would buy something else. I use my paint prints a lot more.
Shelley~:-D
Thanks so much for that information. There are several things on my wish list, I was just afraid to let this one go but I think you are right about the paint prints thing.
