It is a Limited edition set. It is for a new baby, has a rattle, heart, star words congratulations, little swirls and the verse is "Sharing your joy on this special day, may only happiness come your way!" Thought it was called Special day but can't find that in the gallery. Thanks for your help.
This is Special Day (or at least part of it) http://www.patstamps.com/Special_Day.html

That pictured stamp isn't one I have.
The sticker says Shellie & LaVonne Limited Edition 1998
I wondered too if they did sellabration then. I was given the set for doing some sewing for a friend. I have had it about 3 yrs. and have never figured it out.
Maybe it will remain a mystery!!
OH! Doing a bit more searching.... came across an article in the Deseret News about Shellie Gardner and Lavonne Crosby, cofounders of Stampin' Up. My goodness, since your set has their names on it, then it may have been manufactured way back in 1993 or 19??
Thanks for the link to the article about SU.
My set has the usual stickers for the wood blocks with the design and stampin up 1998 TM on it then where the set name usually is there are 5 little stickers that say Shelli & LaVonne Limited Edition 1998
It was a sell-a-bration set. I still have it...and it still comes in handy for baby announcements and grad cards.

I have this set -- bought it from the original owner several years ago. I was told that this was a special demo-only gift set from 1998. There were a series of Just for You demo-only sets in the late '90s. None of them appeared in any of the regular catalogs or minis. HTH!
