I placed my first order on July 7th, and it came today! Wonderful stuff....Prima daisies and three fun stamps from Stampendous! I'm already playing with my new toys.
I placed my second order on the 8th, and it shipped out today!

I ordered July 7th also and was a little sad ....I was reading everyone else's posts that got their stuff today. Well I am happy to say...sad no longer.
I am rolling in Prima's!! There packaging was great by the way.
I got my first package today and I'm also rolling in flowers! Everything was packaged so well and my candy came just fine...now I have to wait for the other 3 boxes of stuff to come! I will not need to buy flowers for a VERY long time. Oh the brown ones are so pretty!!
I ordered on the 7th and got my order today. I never did get a shipping notice though.
To whoever asked about the candies.. all I've ever gotten is hard candies, and they've never melted (and I live in Texas!!). The peppermints are always crushed.. I got a Werther's and a Jolly Rancher also with this order. They're in their original cellophane wrappers, so even though my peppermint got crushed, it was still contained in it's own wrapper. So don't worry... no chocolates or anything meltable!

We'll have to wait and see --
Has anyone else noticed that when you order the orders are shipped from another company? I ordered and got a confirmation from Scrapbook-dreams.com
I placed an order for my niece and got a confirmation from a different co.

Oh and I haven't received my order yet and I ordered on the 6th... and no shipping confirmation....

Are they giving you a store credit or issuing a credit to your card. I've never heard of a store credit for an item that's not available. What if (not that we would ever do it LOL) you don't order from them again? Are you just out the money b/c they didn't have something in stock?
I am steamed. Got an email saying that they did not have some of my items and they are giving "house credit" for those since they were already charged to me. I have to place another order to get my money back. I do NOT like being held hostage like this to get my money from them. I am through with them. I guess they will just keep my money because I won't be ordering again for sure. This is just wrong.
I ordered on 7-7 & got my stuff today...very beautifully packed...stickles separate from the paper items & everything in shrink wrap...3 pieces of candy too...I am very pleased with my order, the prices & customer service...I did not pay for expedited mailing. I would order again if the discount is in the 48-49% range.

You can email them to request a credit to your credit card.
After reading some of the comments yesterday, I e-mailed them and got an immediate answer. I ordered on 7/7 and I got confirmation today that my order had shipped! I did not pay for priority so I am happy that it has shipped. It will probably be here by Wed.
And the person who'll be recving my stuff is out of town...tell me if u r not theer at ur place...then where is the parcel left then...??? I'am bit concerned abt my pacel now..!!

Actually, nine days is within their stated shipping policy. Per their website......
"Rush Processing If you'd like to receive your items as quickly as possible, Rush Processing is for you. For only $2.99 more than our standard processing, your priority delivery order will be processed and shipped from our facility within 1~3 working days after you place your order instead of the usual 5~10 working days. Priority Mail Every parcel to a US destination is shipped via The US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. The USPS suggests that you should allow an average of 3 to 5 working days for them to deliver your package. So, you should receive your order in about one week after we ship your order. "
There seems to be a common theme going on here-those of us who ordered on July 7th are having problems getting our orders. I ordered that date and paid the extra 3 bucks for faster delivery and have not heard a word from them. Look back at all these posts and notice how many of us with the 7/7/07 order date havent received our stuff yet. Hmmmmmm. I still havent lost the faith, just really really want my order.

I ordered on the 7th, got a shipping notice on the 13th and I had my order delivered today
My suspicion is that it was really mailed well before I recieved notcie because I dont think it could have gotten here from WA over the weekend so those of you that just got shipping notices may have your orders on the way before today, KWIM?
Let me look at my box and see when it was shipped, duh...
They stay in New York..(Williamsville)...how much time maximum will it take to reach them...??
I'am concerned..I mailed frugalities them..but no mail came back to me..!!
And if they left my parcel on the door step..I'll get a heart attack..it has actually costed me a fortune..to buy stuff from my indian credit card...
Gosh....!!I I hope they pack the stuff really well..!!This is the last time I'am ordering the stuf..!!

Hmm... I'll own up to the fact that I missed that, but I still find a ten day wait to ship something unacceptable even if it is written in their policy!

My order was shipped to NY in 3 days, and that was over the weekend. Why don't you get your relative's neighbours to safekeep your parcel until your relative gets back?
Got my FIRST order today, wonderfully packed:mrgreen: , w/candy :mrgreen: , in a priority box that I didn't pay for :mrgreen: , can't wait to get my SECOND order! I understand some peoples' frustration, but the co. has been on here several times explaining themselves...which I think say alot about their customer service...that was above and beyond imho! Anyway, luved everything, especially the discount NOOOO problems here, hope everyone gets it all straight...and face it, when us SCS women ravage a store, we really hit 'em hard!!! So....let's just take deep breaths together

Don't blame frugalities if the package is left on the doorstep. They didn't do it, the US postal service did it and they would be to blame.

Unfortunately leaving packages on the doorstep is the way it's done in the US. My husband lived in Ohio, and we got married in Texas and then on to a honeymoon. The apartment complex we left in had a rule for UPS/ FedEx/ and Postal service that they could only leave packages at the office- not on the doorsteps. Even still, when we got home- we had at least 10 packages at the door, some (nice wedding gifts) had been sitting there for more than a month!

OK, this is a little ridiculous. If that is there policy, and its written clearly on their site and you don't agree with it...then don't buy from them. You can't "bad mouth" them for it.
I ordered on the 7th and received an email on the 16th that my order had shipped. I have no problem waiting for an order. There are several companies that are slower in shipping that I order from and have taken up to three weeks. I think we get spoiled from companies like Addicted, Gina K and others that ship super fast. As long as I get my stuff I'm happy!!

They explained it earlier- they actually ship straight from their warehouse- but since they are a discount business, they wait until the warehouse is not busy with ATRS orders, and then because the warehouse isn't busy they can buy warehouse time at a cheaper price. So then they can pass the savings along. If they packed and shipped everyday- they would have to pay full warehouse price, and we would have to pay more realistic prices too.
