Smile Check out this 11-year-old's gallery!

My friend's daughter is 11 years old and already a GREAT stamper! She comes along to our card-making and scrapbooking nights and gives us all a run for our money. She likes to borrow my SU stamps and then scares me by making fab cards! Please check out her gallery - she has barely any comments and, unfortunately, I can't comment at the moment as it's taking ages.

Thanks!

As much as I would love to post a card, I'm terrified that someone will see it and think it looks just like one they did (more than likely will, since this site is a huge inspiration to me). As a newbie, the constant talk of 'can you believe someone cased me' is enough to scare me off. I would never want to offend anyone and I don't always know who/where the inspiration came from when I'm creating a card. Since I am not that creative, I know that I either saw it here or in a mag but can't always give credit to someone. How is a newbie to overcome that?

Not sure how this happened. I was checking out the very cute cards and then went to another thread and was reading about newbies posting a card. When I clicked reply I thought I was posting to that. Sorry to have put my last comment on this thread.

I love the cards. I really enjoy stamping with kids and often get inspiration from the kids I stamp with. Great job!!

I visited the gallery, very good job there!! Thanks for sharing with us. There are so many people in the gallery you can never get to see all of them. It is a good idea to share these special ones with us.

She really is doing a wonderful job with her stamping. The more she stamps and the more techniques she learns will really be good. She will be quite the good stamper as she stamps. The cards a really great.

I don't mean to be a hyjacker of this thread, I have a friend/customer that frequently brings her 13 yr. DD with. She gives all of us a run for our money too! I get nervous if there are going to be children at a WS, but not with the 13 yr.

These are some great cards done by a Demo in the making! Keep on stampin!

How sweet! I think it's great for young people to have such a wonderful hobby as stamping and scrapping. My 9 yr old ds and 7 yr old dd have been stamping and scrapping with me for as long as I can remember. They even have their own cabinet filled with stuff. They decorate my scrap studio with their work.

This 11 yr old young lady will definitely be giving us a run for our money.

yup my DD is almost 14 and loves to stamp... sometimes goes a bit overboard but for the most part she does a wonderful job. She has received blue ribbons in the last 3 years of the fair for her cards and scrapbook pages too

Default Thank you!

Thank you everyone for posting so many nice comments! She (and her mother) are absolutely thrilled that so many people have seen her cards and said such nice things. I knew the warm-hearted SCSers would rise to the challenge!

Thanks again
