Default Checkbook covers?

Hey all....our old checkbook cover got funky and I tossed it....so DH asks where it is and says we should pick up a new one, and I think...nooooooooo I think I saw something online that I could make one?? if anyone could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.

Not an answer but another question about the SU covers---do they have the little flap for duplicate checks? I've never bought one b/c I didn't know if it would work for the duplicate. Mine is getting pretty "funky" now too!

Thanks
Lori

SU covers do not have the flap for duplicate checks. At least the ones in previous catalogs didn't - I haven't bought any currently.

What about taking a piece of cardboard though cut down to size and put it in between the next check?

Default Checkbook Covers

They carry both regular and duplicate.

Default checkbook covers

I have the duplicate checks and I never use the flap that you can put between the checks. And the writing does not go through to the next check. So don't let the absence of the flap deter you from making your own cover! I'm using the one I got with my checks and it's looking kind of ratty these days too, so I think I'll design a cool one of my own! Thanks for the inspiration!

I have bought SU! and another brand. The other brand was an amazing deal, but the quality was nothing near SU! My suggestion: If you want to only make one for yourself, then use SU! But if you plan to make several for gifts or giveaways the others are fine.

I was recently in a checkbook cover swap here at SCS, it was so much fun and I received so many wonderful covers in return.
