We are going to a wedding mid-August, and just found out our friends bought a new house. As part of their wedding gift would it be cute to include a new personalized stamp with their names and address?
I am also making her a mini brag book for the wedding, and then getting them a nice gift from their registry, this is just an added bennie since she sent her new address tonight.
(and if it matters she is a stamper and made her own invites, etc., so she would have pads and all that good stuff)
Another option is to print out name/address labels and then hand stamp seasonal ones for them to use, but I think the stamp is cuter.

I think it is an awesome idea!! Find a cute box that you can alter, and put the stamp inside with a black stampin' spot, add some stamps (postage.) I love this idea!!!!

Yes Jami it is teh dress wedding-and I saw some I like bit am going to head to teh mall (alone!) and get one-I do horribly with on-line dresses and there is a Nordtrom's and Macy's close by so I should find one there!

The stamp is a great idea. With all the wedding stuff and getting a new house, doing little things like printing out address labels or ordering them yourself will fall through the cracks. Even if she wasn't a stamper, it would be a good idea. Who wants to write out the address all the time while waiting to order address labels or taking the time to do them on the computer yourself?!
Very thoughtful gift idea! If the bride is changing her last name, then she will have her return address stamp with the new address and her new name already done for her.
When we bought this house in March, our agent gave us return address labels as part of his housewarming gift. It was a very thoughtful gift.

I agree that trying on is much better. You do realize that we expect to see a photo of you in the dress you end up, right???
