Clean and Simple (CAS) Favorites for the Week Ending August 15, 2010
Welcome to the Clean and Simple (CAS) Favorites thread! EVERYONE is invited to share their CAS favorites from the past week's gallery.
My list is fairly short (for me) this weekend because I am in Maryland visiting family, but I do have a few to share. Let's get started with these wonderful works of clean and simple delight:
Understandblue has a sad, and it makes for a great card (though I do offer my condolences to her on the closing of her favorite Starbucks...so sad!)
ravengirl made a one layer heart card that completely blew me away with its soft colors and fabulous masking
cmustopa made me wish I drank martinis with her adorable olive card
brierrose crocheted herself a lovely flower and made a delightful CAS card with it
kerryj106 did amazing things with felt on her rainbow card
girlgeek101 used soft colors and a lovely butterfly on her sympathy card
JulieHRR gave excellent advice on her sweet little bicycle card
Ronie used dp, a border punch, and a fun color scheme to make a deliciously cute card
fionna51 made a pepper card that is hot, hot, hot!
Now it's YOUR turn! What fabulous CAS creations did you find in the gallery that you want to share?
I'm on vacation in England so haven't been making any cards but did have a couple of rainy days to use my cousin's computer and check the CAS gallery. And for once, I get to post my favourites early (I live in Vancouver so normally post mine long after the thread has been started).
There were lots of great flower and garden cards for this week's CAS challenge. Since I'm a passionate gardener, I'll have to do a card for this challenge when I get home in two weeks. Here are a few of my favourites:

Thank you, Susan for mentioning my dragonfly card, that was a nice surprise on a Sunday morning.

I have a load of faves this week and I don't think one of them has been mentioned yet. No stamping for me this week, but now I have lots of inspiration... tamijo kandipants

Oh my GOODNESS! Thank you so very much! I am surrounded by so much talent, and it is an honor to be listed with such talented people!

Thank you, Jenn for the honor of mentioning my card as one of your CAS favorites and thank you, Susan for letting me know (I was totally unaware of this thread). Thanks again for the encouragement - have a great week!
