I will be attending my first ever CTMH workshop. I'm an SU lover and hate to stray, but I won't limit my creativity by not trying new stamps. ;)

Any must-haves or things I should ask about? Cool stamp sets or accessories?

Thanks!

If you like the card sketches try their card program. It has a gray scale sketch -with measurements! - and then a stamped sample.

They've got some nifty patterned paper sets. And their little embellishment stacks are so cute! I even wound up buying a couple of sentiment sets that SU didn't have. (shhhhh)

All of my customers die for the alphabet sets. Because if you buy the long block you can spell your words right out on it and then stamp away!

I would suggest buying just one stamp set to play with and see how you like them. Those polymer stamps are very, very different to use IMHO. You can even use any flat plastic thing, like the corner of a cd case or stamp pad, to mount them on so that you don't have to invest big bucks in handles until you know if you're going to use them. HTH!

I went to my first CTMH party last year and just had to have the snowflake stamp set--it's so cute! I also got one of their message sets--love that one too. And I got a free snowman and kitty stamp (it was a promotion offer). Ooooh, one more thing....I bought their sparkly cardstock--IT'S SOOO PRETTY!

Report back and let us know what you bought

I agree with Shanon. Their alphabets are the best. I love SU, but being able to put the acrylic alphabets on the block and stamp the whole word is so easy. Now they just need to get better alphabets. There are only one or two styles that I like - and I already own them.

CTMH has some killer alphabets...so if you are a scrapper, definately check those out.

Oh yeah...and they have this cool swing stapler that lets you place a staple almost anywhere on a page! I want to check this out myself.

OK -I'm biased here, but the alphabets are great and we also have some accents that coordinate with our cardstack called My Accents - it is a set of 6 embellishments (buttons, brads, spiral clips, conchos, safety pins). They are fun

CTMH cardstock is white in the center...so if you like distressing you might want to try the cardstock.

Another vote for the alphabets and My Accents!

The hinges are really cool, too!

Default CTMH

I love their alphabets. I like how you can put an entire word on the see through block and the word comes out straight. I would get a long block and an alphabet set.
