Yes, the demos have access to it on the SU Demo portion of the website. I can't recall the details, but it is definitely a set for autumn -- leaves, acorn, etc. with a nice saying.

I think it is lovely. Beautiful softer line art - similar to Fantastic Foliage but MUCH nicer... I don't know how the artist did managed it, but he/she created softness in the line-drawn leaves that is unprecidented in an SU leaf set.
And it is very different than the Autumn Leaf Prints, which are more like well... leaf prints. These are leaves in the style of the retired Botanicals set, yet they are softer.
Jan, it does remind me of toile. I think it's beautiful. A great autumn/Thanksgiving set. The set contains: 1 larger leaf, 1 smaller leaf, an acorn, a branch with acorns and leaves on it, a flourish with an acorn and leaves, sentiment: Blessings, sentiment: Give thanks and in all things be grateful.
I'm so glad SU is having this promotion. I was going to order the Autumn Leaf Prints set next month, but now I'm leaning towards the country blessings set becasue I like the sentiments better. It will be a great set for Thanksgiving cards and also for scrapbooking pictures from Thanksgiving.
Will this be available to customers? If so, when? I'm a sucker for leaf and nature sets!

WOW! That's really different for SU! isn't it? I wonder if this is a new trend?
This promotion is in partnership with Country Living magazine. The set will be featured in their November issue which hits the newsstands in mid-October. There will be a spread in the magazine showing projects made with the stamp set, which was created just for them.
Am I reading the promotion right that the only way the stamp set is available is to order the entire kit that goes with it, including card stock, ink spots, etc.? I think it was about $49. Does anyone have any other info on this aspect?

Yes, this is true - you get everything you need to make 12 invitations/cards. Plus you'll get a special subscription card to Country Living Magazine, at a huge discount:-D
I happen to love Country Living Mag. plus I love the set and all of the consumables that come with it. I think it's a great promotion:mrgreen:
I am SO excited about this kit! I can forsee a long line of fabulous kits in our future!!! They're off to a great start with the punch box thing, and now this!

It's a beautiful set and a fantastic value ... I am REALLY looking forward to seeing the spread in Country Living Magazine. I just know it's going to be gorgeous! I'm excited about it and because I have several new stampers right now I am thrilled to be able to offer them a kit where they can produce complete cards/invitations with everything they get! Pretty cool!!!
I find it to be very elegant. I think it would make great fall cards. I can even picture Thanksgiving placecards. Maybe embossed with gold. And I can't wait to watercolor on it.
Beautiful set, but $49 for the privilege of owning it?!!! I don't think so!!!! I already own several thousand $$$ of SU product - I have no intention of squantering $49 on a $20 stamp set with additional "stuff" that I already have. Nice try SU, but I'm not falling for it....JMHO.....
the kit is designed to target subscribers to the magazine who do not already stamp - thus the addition of the materials to the stamp set. Someone just ordering it will be thrilled to actually have smaller portions of just what they need to actually complete projects without the hassle of purchasing full packets of things (paper, envelopes, watercolor brush, ink pads, ribbon, etc) - so those of you who hoard already may think you don't need it - for a new stamper it is completely wonderful. No one is trying to take advantage of you, just offering a new way to package the item for new girls.

Country Living magazing contacted SU about putting together a kit they can feature. The reason we haven't been spreading the word high and low (because it's an awesome set!) is because the goal is showcasing stamping for people who don't already own a stockpile of supplies like many of us! So while this may seem like a waste to many of you, for someone who has never stamped it's a great way to start!
Oh, and for people who don't know, this is going to be a SIX PAGE SPREAD in Country Living magazine. I can't wait to see it! It's supposed to be in the November issue. Also, if you were planning a subscription (or weren't like me but am now!) then you get a $8.00 (i think) savings, so it takes a substantial amount off hte price of the kit.
I agree that this is a great kit for new stampers. Who doesn't like to have all the stuff they need to make great cards all in one special kit?? I can't wait to see the article! I wonder what kind of cute tin it will come in??
