Default Craft Spots Question?

Should I be storing these up-side-down? I have been, but I had a moment of panic that for some reason I shouldn't. Opinions anyone?

When I got my EE craft spots (my only craft spots) there were very, very dry. I stored them upside down for a couple of weeks and then they worked great. I try to remember to always store them upside down, but I think right now they're right side up!

I've had my BB spots for 2 years and have never stored them upside down. They're fine.

If they're on the dry side, I'd flip them for a while, but I probably wouldn't leave them that way for more than a week or two. Craft ink likes to be right-side up.
I don't store my Classic spots upside-down, either. They got a little too juicy when I left them that way, long-term.
HTH!
