I saw some mention of this and thought I'd check it out. The convention chatter threads mentioned something about new product lines and a Big Shot. I went to the Creating Keepsakes Web site and filled out the Readers Choice Survey. One of the nominated products in the "Die-Cutting Machine" category was a "Stampin' Up! Big Shot."
Here's what the list looked like:

LOL! I have never expedited anything in my life. Being in FL we're usually about the last ones to get stuff. I wanna do it just once for gp's.....:twisted: I still couldn't order until the 11th though :( I did tell hubby that there's a LOT of DSP I wanted from this catty and he said "oh geez!"
ETA-although...I can afford the 2 day and COULD have it on Mon...lol!
Go to creating keepsakes. At the very top is a survey. Within the survey one of the choices is a Stampin' UP! Big shot machine. I doubt very much if it would be a mistake. It just has to be one of the new product lines! Can't you just see more shapes that coordinate with our stamp sets? What fun!
Umm Ellie, I think that's a MIGHTY long drive for you! We are ALL worried about Lesley, but a 2 day drive won't do ANYONE ANY good! LOL Now, if MINE was coming in (less than 12 hours....).....

Okay, I moved over to this new thread to lurk all day. The suspense is killing me!
Me too. I lurked all day yesterday in the other thread. My hubby was getting mad at me cause I was suposed to be helping him replace the valve in the master bathroom... Ooops... When I finally told him why I was glued to the computer all day he asked why I didn't tell him earlier. He has never understood my stampin up obsession. I was a demo before I even met him but all he sees is my piles of stuff and me never using it. Well I don't use it as often as I would like cause whenever I do I get asked what I am doing, Oh well. He likes it when I give him hand-stamped cards but not the time I take to make them I guess....
How can they pick the "Stampin Up! Big Shot" if it hasn't been released yet? It seems to me it would be a mistake cause why would it even be an option if it hasn't been available.
oh man, 10 pages read. I'm so excited about all the news so far! Thanks for sharing it!! No catty email here yet (I'm waaaaaaaaay north of Calgary ...). It's too bad expedited is not a shipping option for Canada, but then again, when has anything to do with mail in Canada ever been fast?
My hubby just woke up (on nights right now) and said he was off to deposit his check. Well, then he asked how the stalking was going, and I showed him some of the stuff I plan on ordering. He then handed over the cash he planned on depositing. LOL!
He's such a good guy.... but he's only being this good cause hunting season is coming up, and I'm a widow for 3 months because of it, LOL!
I just got my notification too this morning with a tracking number, and mine also say Aug 13 :(((
Those of you who have gotten their tracking numbers already, did you order more than one box. If I remember correctly the larger the order, the first it shipped. So the single case orders were last. Just wonderin if it is the same this year. Sandy O

I'm SO glad my DH isn't the only one! I'll take a day off JUST TO stamp/scrapbook, so he takes the day off too - to "be with me ". And guess what we end up doing ALL DAY? Riding around doing HIS errands, fixing things around the house, shopping for things HE "needs"! Ugh! I'm taking the first day of school off and I haven't told him yet.... LOL

OH! I hope so! I ordered 3 boxes! I would LOVE it if mine were being shipped!

I am in California, so it usually only take a day or two for my normal shipments to get to me from SU. I got notice on Monday that my catalogs where "Submitted to Supplier". Since we don't get a UPS tracking number I am assuming that they are shipping out USPS. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I might actually get them this week.
GACK!!! My Canada Post email shows a delivery date of TOMORROW!!! I just snuck on the computer to make sure my friend is arriving from Ireland on time today and had to click the link.
Oh, I feel ill...and I have so much to do before I pick him up at the airport this afternoon!!! And now I'm so excited, I could just PIMP. Perhaps he'll think I'm *that* excited to see him.

I am in California, so it usually only take a day or two for my normal shipments to get to me from SU. I got notice on Monday that my catalogs where "Submitted to Supplier". Since we don't get a UPS tracking number I am assuming that they are shipping out USPS. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I might actually get them this week.
The last few years, the printer has shipped (US catalogs) from California-- before that, it was Oregon. Ordered catalogs ship UPS-- the complementary catalog comes USPS bulk mail.

I was one of the firsts to notice this yesterday. If you go through and do the reader's choice awards at the CK website, you will notice that several items appear to be from the new fall / winter ... including one or more of the new dsp. I thought it was odd but I still voted for SU stuff, LOL...

I wish I had a tracking number! Mine just says "Sent to Supplier". I paid for two boxes and got one free through GR. I'm in CA, so they are probably holding off on mailing to the West Coast. Don't want you East Coasters upset at us!

It seems the Canada gals are the only ones with tracking numbers, no?
And in the past the multiples did go out before the single boxes. I think they try to get them out the same day, but it seemed like the gals who ordered 2 boxes always got them before me with my single box.
Those DE are fabulous! I called my BFF here, and left her a message-- she ordered so many DE for her hubby's offices, and these will look great in the twins' room.
Does anyone know if the printer ships using UPS or USPS based on what you have seen in the past (this is my first year being a demo). Just curious, because if it is USPS then there is a chance I could get it Saturday too, where UPS doesn't deliver on Saturdays (can you tell I am anxious?).
