Smile Delmonte Fruit Cans

I heard on the recent SU Cruise that there were a few swaps using the Small Delmonte Fruit Cans

Anyone know what were done with these and/or have pictures?

I'm assuming that all they did was remove the label from the small lunch sized fruit cups then stamp a piece of paper to replace it. I know there are sample within the gallery if you just do a search for "fruit cans" you should be able to find something.

Hope this helps!

I went to a make and take and what they had done for this idea was to use a Pampered Chef can opener(one that makes a smooth cut) and cut the bottom off the can. Wash and dry the can, fill with candy or whatever and glue the bottom of the can back on. Design as you would like. Cute idea for party favors, just pop the top and go.

If you go to the gallery and search fruit cans you can find them there

I am yet to make one, I need to find the correct can opener.

I found the can opener at walmart on an endcap. I think its called a saftey can opener. You get the cans with the rims on the bottom and a pull tab on the top. Open through the bottom, eating the fruit is optional. Then wash it out and dry it really good. you can stash little suprises inside then glue the bottom back on with e6000 and then decorate. They are really neat suprises. A friend of mine was scared to open hers. Thought something was gonna pop out.

hope this helps

Since no one's done it, here's a link to a whole lot of pictures of fruit cans from our gallery.

Thanks for the link...these are way too cute. I finally understood what was going on when I saw the pic. I am a visual type person.
Think I would like to do some of these.

Here I go again...another neat thing for SCS, I will never get anything else done, EVER!!!!
