Demo paperwork question

Hello ladies. I know the better place for this is probably the Demo Forum but I'm not a demo yet so I don't have a demo number.

In any case, I'm hoping someone can tell me the stamp sets and their prices as listed on the demo paperwork...

I need to decide which to get and which to trade out and I don't have my paperwork with me today.
