No way do they look like baby cards! They're both lovely so ignore just your sister. I couldn't decide between the two - I loved the silver embossing on the pink one and love the heart and 'love' on the blue one. So...why not give them both cards? After all, a silver anniversary is twice as wonderful as a regular anniversary and there's no rule that says you can only give one card per couple. Just an idea. They are lovely cards. On their own they do not look "baby" but when you see the pastel shades of blue and pink at the same time they do. Just don't display them side by side.
Beautiful cards!!! Don't change a thing. I have to make 75 25th wedding anniversary cards for my mom and step father. Your use of silver accents is wonderful!!! I was trying to figure out how to incorporate some silver without it taking over the card. Very well done. My favorite is the pink and silver (I love the use of Lexicone of Love cherish stamp). It is a day to be cherished and remember!!!

They are both beautiful and elegant, but if I have to choose I'd say pink. If you're worried about the baby thing you could always use burgundy instead of the lighter pink.

I saw these cards when I was looking at the gallery (I just got this stamp) & thought they were beautiful. Don't look like baby to me.
Very nice job.

You've got the 25th anniversary aspect covered using the silver on both
cards. I also really like the pink & silver together because I LOVE pink.
Both cards are very pretty. Either would be loved by the recipients in
my opinion. Beautiful job on both cards! TFS
The cards are beautiful. My vote is for the pink, because the pink hearts in the background shout love more than the blue. I don't think either look like baby cards, but I can see how they might have that feel if they were displayed next to one another.
I don't think either of them looks like their for a baby. I think they are both beautiful, but I do like the pink one better. More romantic and sophisticated.

Thanks so much for all the comments. The pink won hands down so that's the one I'm going to use. Also so many people commented on the silver on silver cherish I got that idea for stephleider. Party is today so I've got to go get ready thanks again.

:? I truly don't think the colors of pink &/or blue are reserved strictly for babies! In fact, I copied both of these cards into my favorites before this post! Either of them would be great, and I think the recipients would be totally pleased with them, as would I!

I agree! It's the silver that matters for a 25th. And both cards just look so soft and romantic - I think they're perfect for an anniversary. If the couple still have that romance with each other, then you're all set! JMO

Ditto on that! LOL! They are great! Maybe she'd like something more along the Mellow Moss/ Perfect Plum route... that would be sharp too! But I love them!
I think they are both beautiful and there is nothing baby about either of them! If I had to choose, I would take the pink one, pink is my favorite color. BTW, MY 25TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY is June 14th, just for furture reference!!!! LOL  How's that for a shameless, subtle hint?
Hope the party is a success.
Janet
A couple of ladies beat me to it....your sister is definitely jealous of your creativity!
I like both of them...I like the cherish on the pink card and I like the blue L/heart on the blue one. If I was buying one, I think I'd pick the blue (because the pink one looks a little valentiney to me but that's the only reason).
No they do not look like baby cards to me.....I just glanced at your post and clicked on the picture, formed my opinion and then went back to your post to read more closely so I don't feel like I distorted my opinion. Really, they do not look like baby cards! I would say nicely done!
BEAUTIFUL! Both of them!
And pink is not just for babies anymore. It's a "hot" color right now. Check out the young men's department of any clothing store and you'll see pink everywhere. I was surprised...but it's true!

Oh geez...are we related? Your sister sounds like mine :P . I think it's clear that they're both for anniversary cards and not for a baby! Nice cards, btw .
As someone that just celebrated ny 25th last month, I love them both, but the pink card is a little more romantic. Tell you what, take one to the party and send the other to me!
