Actually, just want to clarify:
when you delete something from your personal gallery, it disappears *everywhere*. . . as do the associated comments that anyone's posted.
So, if Julie has a card in x gallery, and it has 85 comments on it and 105 people have it in their favorites. . . and then she deletes it,
- her personal number of gallery uploads is decreased by one.
- x gallery's total number of items is decreased by one.
- the 85 comments disappear.
- the 105 people who favorited it? it's no longer in their favorites.
- anyone who's linked to that card anywhere will have a broken link.
Whew. Make sense?
Ooooh, sorry, Jenn. I thought you could just delete the image itself. Since I've never actually tried to do that, I should not have opened my mouth where I had no accurate info.
My bad!

Just go to the pic and click on "edit" and I think the last little box says delete and you just click in it and then save changes and it's gone.
I just went through my gallery and started to delete a few cards. I deleted the 3 pics of my stamping room because they were stupid but that is where it stopped...I guess I have become kind of attached to those 1st cards that I made (well those 1st cards that I made that were upload worthy;)) so I left them for now, we'll see how I feel about them in another year:-D
I have in the past, but, haven't recently, hmmmmm. Mebbe it's time for some hrr housekeeping! ;) LOL!
Ma'am, I'm certain that that would be against your fans' policy! And, we surely wouldn't want to discourage any of our fans now, would we????
no, I won't be putting it in my gallery. But I do agree, "I've come a LONG way, baby!"
Ahhhhhhh! There is no way on this beautiful earth that my first card shows up 'anywhere'!! (But it's the same colors as yours!!! GMTA)
But thanks for the idea on the Long way baby!!

I was browing my gallery and looking at some of the very first cards I uploaded that I now cannot believe I let anyone see, lol, and was going to delete them and I was wondering if anyone else did this and I wanted to make it a poll because I think polls are so fun!
Thanks!
When looking back onmy "early" work I gasped and tought the same thing!LOL! BUT I felt it showed how I have grown, changed and evolved in my designs so there they are, and there they will stay!
I've had people pm me how they like my stuff, and whatnot and could never do anything like it, and I tell them to go look at page 1! Practice, practice , practice. the more you stamp the easier the ideas flow.
So no I won't be deleting anything.
The pictures are not totally gone. I don't use the favorites feature here. I use my own favorites folder so your cards don't disappear from my file unless I, too, delete them.
I use this method so I can access samples when the internet is down, when the site is down, and so I can organize them to suit my needs.
I understand that many who are blogging are deleting from their galleries so that the pictures are only on their blogs.

Ok I swear I'll upload my first card ever to the gallery later today. Gotta do craft time with my kids first. You all are gonna have a laugh. Its like a 1st grader did it, as I had one stamp colored pencils, balck ink and notecards-LOL!
Ill link it here later-
I haven't cleaned house in my gallery since the summer. I think I probably should do that soon. There's a few things in there that I should have never uploaded... wouldn't want anyone to think of copying it.... not that they would want to, of coarse. :p

Sheesh - you were good from the start, Lauren! But, you've come so very far since that first card! ;)
I have deleted some from my gallery and probably will again. I know I took out some VSN ones, do not work good under pressure! I do like the idea of looking back to see ho I have grown/ changed.
Funny story (or not)
Yesterday I'm standing front and center in our church choir, right behind the pulpit. I see one of my older (ugly) cards sitting on the pulpit. I had donated quite a few to the missionary closet awhile back for the visiting missionaries to take and use. They used it alright to send the church a thank you. So now it sits on the bulletin board in the back of the church (where most of my customers are from) and any of the 250 members to see. I hope it is one I stamped with "Made with love by First Baptist" on the back!!!
