I have hosted a SSS on another site & was going to post one here as well. Because of flakers, I have learned to do it a bit differently. My SSS is a gallon size paint can swap. Each Swapper embellishes a paint can & fills it with around $10.00 worth of either handmade or store bought Scrapbook type stuff. All swappers mail their cans to me with their info, & I then put everybody's name in a hat & draw names out & send the SSS out that way. Upon the SS receiving their paint can, they will have a little card with their paint can from their SS introducing themselves. It costs a little extra to send it to me & then have me put a new label on the box & send it to their SS, but it is a sure fire way to make sure the flakers do not benefit whatsoever.
Our group is getting quite large. I'll leave it open until midnight tonight. If there is more interest after tonight, I'm sure someone else will be able to coordinate a second swap group.
I'll post another message (new) in the forums that states the deadline.

I am also interested.just wondering what the dollar value is.on this how long is it going to be for.Is it a one time or a couple of months.Are we buying just SU items or stamping in general.scrapbooking too.
Also are we doing any homemade items.Can you p.m. me or reply back with some more specific details about the swap.

It's someone who buys stamps they didn't normally like at first,only to see it in Split Coast Stampers gallery in a different perspective.
OK I just sent my information and can't wait to get started! I'm worse than my kids when it comes to checking the mail- I get so excited when I know that something could be coming soon.
I just pm'd you. Looking forward to this! I like the idea someone just posted of send stuff to the coordinator to make sure all you participate receive something in return... But, I'll be happy to participate in what every way this turns out to be!

What I think I'm going to have to do, to avoid a monumental task, is just forward the PMs to you so you can see who your secret sister is and what she likes, where she lives, etc. With the amount of people who have responded, it will take me a long, long time to transfer all the info to a spreadsheet. I was counting on about 30 people, not 100 LOL!!! I'll keep plugging away at it however!
Robin and I will keep track of who is assigned to whom, however.

There will be some that try to figure it out, I'm sure. I would be guilty of that. I couldn't stand when my mom would hide Christmas presents. I was SUCH a snoop!
