Yep! In the past few months I try to stamp some every day. My "Stamp Haven" is right in between the kids' room so I usually hang out in there, watch a DVD, and stamp until they are totally asleep. Then, I go downstairs. I've been able to get lots of cards done lately.
I definately stamp everyday. I am an morning person. I get up between 3:00and 3:30 every morning and stamp for a couple of hours and then go to work, have to be there at 7:30. I don't stamp at night because I am pretty much trashed by 8:00!!

I guess you are finished by 8:00, Cindy - you crazy girl you 3:00a.m.
Here I thought I was the crazy one for been on SCS at 3:00 in the morning because I can't sleep....I'm like GarnetJ too busy on SCS to stamp, hahaha
I am lucky to stamp once a week. And tonight's stamp group (hah- chat group?) all the stamping I did was 10 snowman images in stazon. Actually that has been all the stamping I've done for the past few weeks.
I try to stamp or scrapbook every night. But it isn't always possible. Tonight I am trying to finish up my Halloween toppers. Night time is my best time to stamp.

I wish!
Seriously, if I get a chance to stamp 1 card a week - I consider myself lucky!
My kiddies keep me *so* busy and there is just a bunch of 'stuff' on my plate right now that I have to attend to now.
One day. :-) It'll be waiting for me, I'm sure! Until then, it's fun checking out all of your creations!
Now Cindy... You might be on to something getting up at 3 - 3:30 and getting some stamping done......

I wish! I have good intentions...I really, really do! About all I've stamped lately have been the obligatory cards for the RAK welcoming committee. I seem to be in a funk lately and have lost my stampin' mojo, as another SCSer put it. I did start to reorganize/clean my stamping area this week, though, so hopefully that will help. Something has to help!! Of course, when all the new shows go to reruns, I'm sure I'll have more time. ;)

I think the reason that I stamp so much at night is because I don't watch TV. When the kids are awake we watch Disney channel a lot but other than that I am not into any shows on the tube. BUT, when it is American Idol's new season I will be glued to the TV.
You mean we're actually supposed to use all those stamps?
Seriously though I would love to stamp throughout the week but I rarely get to do it. Instead I try to get everything else done so I have the weekend mostly free (Other than cooking and doing dishes) to play. Sometimes it works and sometimes not.

I don't stamp everyday, but I do stamp most of the day on Friday, Saturday and Sundays while watching tv. I usually get alot done. Just wished my room looked better. Maybe I'll do some "organizing" this Saturday.
My stamping area is tucked into a corner of the living room - so I can sit for a few minutes or a few hours depending on what is going on. There is a space upstairs that I could use for my stamping room but I feel so isolated when I'm up there - so far away from the family. Now I can hang out with everyone and play at the same time. If you can tuck a table into the corner of your family room - or wherever the action is in your house, it might be easier to play!
I wish I stamped everyday. I stamped most everyday when DH was deployed but now I just don't anymore. I am kind of in a stamping rut right now though. Although I think my stamp space is just so disorganized and I just don't have the energy or time to organize it. I tend to not stamp when things are disorganized. Hopefully I will have the chance to fix that in the next couple of days and maybe I can get myself out of this rut I have been in.

There are weeks where I will stamp every day all day and sometimes all night. Then ther are dry spells where I will go weeks with out stamping. I get all these ideas and inspiration then I get burnt out.... kwim? But I do do something stamping related every day. Mostly shopping or reading mags or cleaning my room.

Not a chance. Before I had my daughter and then afterwards before she could walk I would scrapbook everyday. Now I'm doing good if I do 1 or 2 times a week.

I do stamp every day because I update my blog daily and that is my main motivation to get something done. I usually stamp at night but lately I have been able to stamp in the morning after the kids go to school. I actually did two challenges this week...that is a major deal for me.
I used to stamp probably 5 days out of 7 before we moved to our new house but now I hardly seem to have any time. I've lost over an hour a day to my journey to and from work since moving and that seems to have come out of my stamping time.
Also in our old house my OH and I shared a hobby room so we could still spend time together while pursuing our respective interests. Now though I have my own craft room upstairs at one end of the house (needed my own room for all my supplies!) and he is downstairs at the opposite end. So I find myself reluctant to spend the whole evening stamping as it means I don't see him.
Still last night I got him to come and use my PC while I made some cards up on the other side of my desk and that worked really well
I wish I could but getting up everyday between 3:30 and 4:30 AM kinda makes one ready for bed really early each evening. After getting home from work and doing dinner I am just trying to stay awake long enough to pick up the house a little at night ... I do try to schedule a few weekends to just sit and get some stamping/scrapping time in , I just tell my DH that I am collecting the goods to have ready for my retirement years when I will have all kinds of time to use them all LOL LOL
Yep, I do. At least an hour or so. If I don't stamp every day I start to get crabby! <g> Seriously, though, my mom had a serious medical crisis last Jan/Feb/March and when I got home from the hospital or nursing home, I *needed* to stamp - it got me through that difficult time. Mom is better now and is safely living in a nursing home, life is a bit more calm, but I still stamp everyday. If I find I'm not having time to stamp, it's because I'm spending TOO MUCH time here on SCS! <g>
I would be upset if I lost my "stamping Mojo". If I ever feel that happening I spend my lunch hour at Barnes and Noble with a giant coffee and some art/craft/rubber stamp magazines. Such pretty colors and pictures and articles about people who have excessive "mojo" will usually get an idea or two going in my head. I dream about a card too. I don't know if it's a dream but I see it. I saw a card when I was almost asleep the other night and all I saw of it was a coffee cup. I searched for the stamp and finally found it at my LSS. Don't know what I'll do with it yet but we'll see.
Wish I could stamp everyday. I get home from work (12 hour days, by the way) and look at my stamping table, then crash out on the sofa and veg. I'm thinking about shoving all of my supplies into the table and putting it back in the corner for a while, then maybe I can get back to stamping one of these days!
I wish I could but then my kids and sister's twins would most likely not get the chance to eat, laundry would never get done and in general housework would not get done.... So I stamp at least once a week and try to squeeze in a second time too.
I stamp every day lately, but this is craft fair season for me so I have to reach and maintain a certain level of stock through my last one in Dec. Although I usually do manage to at least sit at my stamp table (if not actually creating) organzing or working on the business side of SU every day.
It helps that my kids can entertain themselves a little better now, and it also helps that I get to leave my stamp stuff out now that we eat in the kitchen and the dining room has been officially declared "Mommy's Stampy Room."

Renee.....you can do it! (if you want too!) You can start getting up that early and then before you know it your body will be trained and it will automatically happen every morning!! You'll love stamping everyday!
Hello, My name is Holly and I'm a stampaholic......
I stamped this morning as soon as I got up. I stamped until late last night, then i passed out. I have been known to hide stamps from my husband and family.. yes, I have a serious problem...
Oh dang, sorry.. I thought this was an SA meeting..
I spend all my time surfin' on Splitcoast. Who's got time to stamp?
 I'm with you. What little spare time I have is for surfin Splitcoast or buying new stamps and supplies. If I can get in 3 or 4 hours a week, I feel productive. Maybe when I retire.......:-D
Ditto to what Jeanne S said. Every day - usually between 4a.m. and 9:30a.m. And then some now and then throughout the day. Evening is not a productive time for me.

Why isn't there a forum set up specifically for SA meetings! You do mean Stampaholic's Anomynous, don't you TOY....And also we need a sub-category under that for Stampaholic's Enablers! They would be really popular forums, a place to get free counseling, get the opportunity to share with each other how our addiction is effecting our familes and quality of life and a place to work through our issues that come about from obsessive and uncontrollable stamping behaviour! Instead of paying a shrink....we could just sign in to Splitcoast, it might take us awhile to eventually end up in the counseling forum, but at least it would be available to us, if we want it......that is after we uploaded our cards, posted comments, checked RAK forums, post a plea for a source to find whatever stamping item we are unable to find, pm our friends about how awesome they are, etc. etc. etc.........
