this one is like 6 inches tall with a 2 inch square base with a ribbon I think that keeps it closed?

Not sure if this is the box template you are referring to or not.

I get a lot of templates from this site. Do a search in the techniques and templates forum. I sometimes find one in that forum by looking for the paperclip symbol. Usually it means there is a template available to download.
You can also do a search for a specific template.

Also there are a lot of template websites a few I have saved are
http://www.bydonovan.com/templates.html
http://www.ruthannzaroff.com/mirkwoo.../templates.htm

Hope that helps

There is also a box you can make called a 2-4-6-8 box. You take a piece of 8.5 x however tall you want the box to be. Score it at 2", 4", 6" and 8". Then at 2" from the bottom. Cut the first score marks up to the 2" score mark to make 4 flaps. These will be the bottom of your box. You will end up with a 1/2"x2" piece that you can just cut off. Put your adhesive on the 1/2" piece of the box to close it and then on the flaps to secure the bottom.

I'm attaching a really quick sketch(I mean really quick, basic freehand)... I hope that helps you to understand how to do it. Cut on the solid lines and score on the dotted.
