Question Donation of stamping supplies?

Does anyone know of an organization that would accept stamps and stamping supplies (new and gently used)?

I'm pretty sure a Senior Citizens center in your area would be happy to have a donation like that! In my area, there are several Senior centers & Senior "day care" facilities that do crafty things to keep some of the frailer seniors mentally active.

Also, check out any shelters or children's homes in the area. I know a couple of people who stamp who volunteer at the children's home and they are always looking for donations for craft projects.

Check with local schools and daycare centers as well, they are always in need of craft supplies for the kids to use.

I know of some deployed military (through anysoldier.com) who are doing scrapbooking as a morale booster. PM me if interested. BTW, shipping is APO so the same as regular US postage.

You could also search threads...there was a SU demo in Texas that recently lost everything to a fire. I believe people could send items to her also.

I remember the first name was Sharon...

I sometimes work with the ladies and youth at my friend's church making cards for certain occassions. You may want to check out local churches.
