Paris in Spring and Something to Celebrate totally match! I was just bagging an order and saw the two sets side by side. Pretty much the same art - so they could be used as one big set for so many possibities.
Whenever I have a set I like and find that another one matches it, I have to get it. Uh-oh, guess I may have to get Paris in Spring now
Just thought I'd share since today is the last day to get Something to Celebrate at 50%.
If anyone has cards using a combo of the two sets please link them here.
How many sets match? Can we come up with a list? For instance:
Winged Things & In Full Bloom
Sketch An Event & Sketch A Party
Bold & Basic Greetings & Versatile Verses
What ones can you think of (current or in recent mini catalogues!)?
This might be very eye opening, pocket book opening & interesting!

huh, I am sorry but I don't see where paris in the spring and something to celebrate match, I am not being critical I just want someone to explain it to me, I have both sets and I love them and just want to understnad how they go together?? Sorry if this is a silly question.

I can kinda see how they might go together but I think Paris In Spring goes with Love ya BUnches better...but that's the fun - not everyone sees things the same way...

Back in February I ordered the Confetti Play wheel. Then last month I ordered Shapes and Shadows. I saw something the other day that I'd done with the wheel and thought "Wait a minute - the flowers in Shapes and Shadows match!" Another cool discovery I made was in January I ordered Year Round Fun II. Look at the little present in that set - looks really similar to the bigger present in the SAB set Fun Filled (which is the set I chose in January) This is what you just can't get when you buy your stamps in the stores!
Ok I fell for the bait!!! I just ordered something to celebrate. How could I resist at $12.48 and it matches one of my most inked stained sets! Thanks alot ladies. (He He)
Ok.... I had to try this. I think you could put the flowers and chairs from Simply Sweet and A Little Love, together SOMEHOW. I'm probably not creative enough to do it but they do match pretty well.
OK I will play!!
How bout Fun Filled, Love ya Bunches and Springtime Smiles
They all have the same kind of loopy loop lines on the baskets/potter/wheelbarrell and the flowers in Fun Filled and Springtime Smiles are the same (daisy one) and they all three have the swirl flower/background stamp.....
There is something that matches one of the heggies too but I have forgotten and do not feel like digging them out!!

I boxed "Paris" with "Spring Party"- those birds look french to me!
I keep those next to "Love Ya Bunches" and "Furnished with Love"
I also boxed "Sweet Treats" ,"All Occasion", and "Hang in There" together and stole the cherries from "Good Times" and all because of the dessert lady stamp and phrase !
Of course "Button, Bows and Twinkletoes" matches "Toybox"
and OBVIOUSLY all the "Sketches" go with each other but I made a cute christmas card prototype for next year wth the sunset couple, the sandbox boy and the tree from "Solemn Stillness" maybe it'll be my first post!
I'm mental because I buy sets that "go together" sometimes just BECAUSE they "go together" ex. all the teddybears!
I hope I'm not too contagious !
Okay, while waiting for my boys to finish up CCD class today, I was browsing(making my wish list) thru the catalog. It seems the Star-Studded wheel(p.51) matches the stars in Sketch a Party(p.84).

If you put the line of presents from Something to Celebrate next to the shopping bag/boxes from Paris in the Spring maybe you'll see it. At least that's how I initially noticed it. Now that some have mentioned Love Ya Bunches I see that too.
My favorite series of matching sets is retired: Girl Talk, Friendship Gardens, Forever Friends, Heart Blossoms.
