Default Duplicate markers - disappointing

Several months ago when I got my set of Markers I was a little intimidated and worried about spoiling them so just admired them before actually using them.

Last weekend I finally got up the courage to start using them and stumbled on the fact that the set came with not one but 2 duplicates! Marvelous Magenta and Taken with Teal were doubled up, and Ballet Blue and Rose Romance were missing. I'd never thought of double checking when they first arrived.

It's been so long now I'm sure Stampin Up won't exchange the doubles, especially since Rose Romance was discontinued.

Never hurts to call DS and ask.
I just ordered my markers yesterday so I'll be sure and check them out when they arrive and make sure they are all correct!

I would certainly email or call and see what they can do to help you out...I am sure someone would realize that with 48 colors...there are some you just would not notice were doubled!

That happened with my ink spots. I had 2 Positively Pink's and no Real Red. My demo contacted them and SU sent the Real Red and I was allowed to keep the duplicate. Now I did check as soon as I got them, but I would think that SU will do something to make good on your purchase. (even if it's a discount).
