There are embellishments from Archivers for Eagle Scouts. Also using the Fluer D' Lis which is the international symbol of the BSA. Congrats to your Eagle Scouts. I am the proud mom of a 2008 Eagle Scout!

I live in the States and use the American Flag frequently for an Eagle congrats card and Red, White and Blue colors. Sorry don't have any cards to link.

This is one of the first ones I cased and it's still my quick "go to" eagle scout congratulations cards (I just changed the "thanks" to "congratulations").

I know K&Co makes a dimensional Eagle Scout sticker set that looks really pretty. Maybe you could use that on a card? I saw one at JoAnn if you have one nearby. HTH
