I placed an order with this company on Monday and I haven't received any shipping notice..is this usual for this company and are they reliable?? Makes me nervous..I got this website from the message board..thanks
The gals at AP posted on the EP blog that they got pretty slammed with orders b/c of the NSD sale they just did. So orders are gonna take a little bit longer to go out.

I rec'd an email from them saying they had a HUGE wkd from all the orders. I think it said something about they ran out of a some things but orders were coming in this week . . . I can't find my email . . . but y'all should be getting one since you ordered also.
I just ordered from them for the first time too. I was kind of wondering myself although everyone raves about them, thats for sure.. I placed an order on the 27th and it took a week for them to tell me one of the items was back ordered. I know that item is now back in stock and it still shows that it hasn't shipped yet.. they just must be slammed with orders which is great, I just can't wait for my stuff to show up!
I have placed 2 orders with them 3rd one will be here tomorrow and I just placed my 4th. Daisy and Joy are great I will continue to shop from them. Especially have tons of new stuff coming all the time.

I ordered my Bind-It-All (BIA) from them Saturday because of all the great things I've heard here. Still haven't received a shipping notice (expected it yesterday), and really wanted it at least in the mail by now (Wednesday). The shipping notice on the website said orders placed Fri-Sun wouldn't ship till Mon or Tues. OK fine that should work, I thought at the time.
I HAVE to have the BIA to finish a project before Wednesday of next week and Eclectic Papier is clear across the country from me. From what you guys say this is going to be nail biting time.
This is the worst part. I ordered from another site the same day, that carried the BIA, and already have that order in my hot little hands. Just my luck to try out a new company and it's swamped with orders. :(

Thats my only grip too. I ordered the BIA on the 4th and the code was good on the 5th. I guess I was just to impatient.
Um, that must mean it's a darn good company if they are swamped with orders right? :mrgreen:

I have always gotten FANTASTIC service...Joy even walked me through some trouble over the phone while I was trying to order! They are my absolute favorite online store!
Daisy and Joy are WONDERFUL! If you have any concerns, PLEASE email them!! (Link on the website) Yes, they were swamped with orders.
Yes,they are SUPER reliable. I placed an order on the 5 AND the 6th .
And the Blog DID say they were super busy, as any fab site with a SALE will be!! They dont have a million employees, just them.
AND, have you checked out all the new stuff?? Tons of new BE alterables (desk caddys, desk organizers, tissue box covers etc), new Primas, the Bee stamps are back in.....

They are awsome! I placed an order Sunday and I got my shipping notice today! Maybe they are a little behind or just forgot to e-mail! I have never been disapointed!
I have ordered several times. Excellent service. I placed an order on Saturday with my Mother's Day Gift Certificate that my boys got for me and hadn't received my email notice yet, which had me worried that the ordered hadn't went through. I talked to Daisy yesterday and she said the same thing everyone is saying, they were slammed by the NSD special so orders were going out a little later that normal. Just checked my email and had an email that my order was ready to be shipped. Yay! Hopefully it will go out today.
I emailed them a question about shipping to Canada, and I haven't gotten a response yet and I think that was like a month ago! Does anyone know how much their shipping is to Canada?
I placed 2 orders with them at the beginning of last week and they are just shipping today. I don't mind though. I should have them by Friday or Saturday. I guess if I need something for a deadline the best thing to do is try to get it in town. You just never know what shipping to expect with anyone, even the best companies. I just expect things in two weeks and if they arrive early it is a big bonus!!

They dont ship internationally. But there is a phone number you can call under the about us link. HTH.
I have ordered from them twice and had excellent service. They were fast. I was looking for an item that they had no stock in. I emailed Joy to ask when they would be getting more and she answered back right away. They got the item sooner than expected and she emailed me to let me know.
I would recommend them to anyone.
After my whine before I had to come on here and say that my story has a happy ending.
My order was shipped Thursday and it's already here!!! Can you believe that from coast to coast in just a couple of days! Now to hurry and get the chores that HAVE to be done finished to I can go play.
i ordered last week saturday and got today the email information that it got shipped. i did not mind cause i figured with that sale going on it might take longer. first time i ordered it was VERY fast.
