Default Empty Spools.. I need some

My husband gave me a wonderful present - He setup the spool holder made from a plastic gutter... SURPRISE!!
However - majority of my ribbon are without spools. Does anyone have some empty spools waiting to have a home ;)
e-mail me [email protected]

Thank You very much

If you are buying your ribbon and it doesn't come on spools, could you wrap it around the cardboard tubes from toilet paper or paper towels? Would they work in your ribbon holder? Just a thought...

Sorry, it's never occured to me to save my empty spools. I guess I'll have to start. Good luck locating spools!

I just bought the 40-spool box of ribbon from Costco, and it will ALL be coming off the spools. If you want them you can have them... PM me and we'll work something out.

check your local fabric stores. They sell ribbon by the yard and may have some empty spools for you.

I have taken the spools that wrapping paper comes on and cut them to size and used them. The nice thing is that the more expensive wrapping paper comes on VERY strudy spools and I get the whole lenght of the spool.

Everyone, Thank you very much for your offers and suggestions.
I went to my local fabric store and they were able to give me their spools. I took advantage and filled up a garbage bag full. They did not want to take any monatary donation so I donated to a girl scout troop that was placing orders for cookies outside of the store.
Glad I made the girls happy...
